Middle adulthood is a time of both gains and losses. The span of middle adulthood is from forty to sixty years of age, it can be defined as chronologically, contextually, or biologically. Most middle age people are in good physical, cognitive, and emotional condition. Staying healthy is very important or middle age adults. Eating healthy is also a very important factor. I think vitamins are good for the body; they are great supplements that make up for all the protein the body is not receiving.
