Strategic HR Practices of the Organization In the present era, the companies have realized the importance of HRM. Human resource plays an important role in the success of an organization. An efficient and skilled human resource department can guarantee a huge success for the organization. Nowadays, developing quality across the entire firm is an important function of the human resource management (HRM) department, thus, it is essential for the business firms to use strategic HR practices.  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (Title VII): Title VII will not allow discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Controverting any lawful employment practice and vengeance for participating in the discrimination complaint process is also prohibited under Title VII.  Titles I and V of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA): This act will defend the qualified persons with disabilities to get discriminated in government and private sector. The disabilities covered under this act are regarding mobility, sight, hearing, stamina, speech, learning disorders and emotional illness.  Civil Rights Act of 1991: Civil Rights Act of 1991 will allow the employees to sue the employee in case of intentional employment discrimination (US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, 2008). Women are treated fairly without any discrimination in promotion opportunities, salary, incentives and respect. They are also given the opportunities for enhancing their skills by conducting training programs; seminars etc. (Fisher, Schoenfeldt & Shaw, 2004). These laws help in maintaining diversity in the organization. Even there are certain employees who are physically disabled but there is no unfairness regarding employment opportunities.
