This case was prepared by Research Assistant, Sonali Krishna, under the direction of Associate Professor J.Stewart Black as the basis for class discussion. She was an Indian woman. With the interesting title “The Honda-Yamaha War” she is using several of the half of statement issues about the Honda and Yamaha circumstances. Honda is a multinational corporation, engine manufacturer and engineering corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
