Improve the customer service and make sure the customers give no complaints and make sure they are satisfied with all the services provided by the company and keep close contact with the customers and be very friendly with them and keep them happy. Give the regular customers’ high discount and encourage them to come more often. This is our main goal for us to achieve because we want to make sure the customers are satisfied with our services.

As the Operation and Production Department we strive for excellence by providing superior quality products in an efficient manner in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.

For products, the quality of products has to be acceptable, fit for the purposes, match with the sample, description and demonstration. More importantly, the products and services have to be matched and fit as what the staff said.

Despite the impressive and inspiring performance and growth through creative expansions, BWB acknowledges the changing conditions of the used book marketplace and is pleased to outline a brief review of current strategy and recommendations for supporting operations moving forward.
