Introduction
For this week’s case we take a look at the difficulties the company Desko is facing with its order process. Desko is an American company which produces office furniture. Desko does not only produce its products but also delivers them to their American and Canadian customers. After having received cancellations from a major customer Desko decided to further analyze its order process in order to improve this.
We will draw a map of its order process and create a list of problems which are tied to it. Above that we will complete the map of the credit verification sub-process and come up with ideas to improve this.

As a staff analyst, I think that there are many alternatives present which can save the Bank from a huge loss. Actually in this dispute I feel that Bank is right because they made it clear in the purchase order that the machines needs to be shipped through Yellow Freight and also paid the invoice before time as per their custom. But still the carrier was changed by Data Max without asking or informing the bank.
As technology advances over the years, we have experienced and noticed that the trend in how payment are received have shift tremendously. Twenty years ago, check was the preferred way of payment. While taking down the order, the customer service representative access the company's order entry system where inventory checks are conducted as well as credit checks are processed. The bank was an attempt to bring some stability and control and was successful at doing this. However, both times the bank was chartered, forces within the economy ultimately destroyed it. The fear of centralization and control was ultimately detrimental to the U.S. economy.

A unit of account, is divisible, fungible, and countable. Lastly money is classified as a store of value meaning it can be stored away through savings and keep its value for later use. The creation of money occurred because of the complexity of exchange in ancient times. Goods and services were exchanged; however, they were unbalanced. Some valued items or services as higher than others. This flaw in the barter exchange led to the invention of an economic system with money as the focus so there was a set value.
