One weakness is the quality of the products. This problem is a weakness because it reoccurs many times. The quality is bad because of the price it takes to make the products, cheap manufacturing costs means cheap quality. Another weakness for Walmart is the similarity in store. There is barely any change from one store to another, which may make people go elsewhere to find a certain product. In order for this to not be a weakness, they need to put some differences from store to store, to liven up the variety of product to sell. Opportunities Walmart has many opportunities in the future. One opportunity is online shopping. With the increase of computers and technology, Walmart can make profit by continuing to grow their online store. Everybody is starting to shop online, and that is a very opportunity for Walmart. Another opportunity for Walmart is expanding business in other places. If Walmart were to expand and put more stores across the world, they could make more money. One final opportunity is expanding inventory on electronics. The world is growing in electronics, and if Walmart was to expand its electronics section, they could make profit. Threats There are little threats to Walmart because it’s such a big corporation.
