What is wellness? Wellness is a way of being well or being healthy. But did you know that there are different types of wellness. The different types of wellness are social wellness, occupational wellness, spiritual wellness, physical wellness, intellectual wellness, emotional wellness, environmental wellness, and financial wellness. There are different strengths and different weaknesses of wellness for anyone, but my two strongest wellness is environmental wellness, social wellness and my weakest wellness is intellectual wellness.

I would ask them “What happened” or “What's going on” and I give them the choice if they wanna tell me or not. It’s there problem and they can do whatever they want with there problem. Overall, I just wanna be there for people when they need it so they feel great instead of mad and sad. I do like being caring for myself and others, but sometimes my emotional wellness affects me. My grandpa died in august, I always think of him and hope he’s in a better place than here. When people would talk about their family members who passed away, I would always think about my grandpa. I will forever love and miss him. My parents affect this positively because they taught me to be respectful, compassionate, nice, caring and so many more. They show taught me manners and how to act in public. They have had a HUGE impact on my social wellness.

What is an intellectual wellness? An intellectual wellness is when a person uses their resources and creative mind to work with activities. Intellectual wellness is my weakest wellness because I don’t enjoy engaging or participating in intellectual discussions a lot. That's my weakness because I really don’t have any smart ideas like what intellectual people do. I sometimes even have ideas, but I never share them because I think it's too dumb or it's a wrong idea to use. Even sometimes, I get shy when I talk to new people, but when I’m with my friends, I just burst
