Strengths
My current strengths include; my honesty and passion towards my work. I have always been positive and confident regarding my aims and targets. Along with these, I am a good decision maker, due to which I can make right and quick decisions. Moreover, I have ability to motivate others and do team work. I am also a responsible person, when I make a target; I work day and night to achieve my goal.
Weaknesses
I often get tense and feel over burdened when there is workload and too many tasks to handle. I often avoid the risk related activities; which is not a good trait. As I plan to be manager in future, I should always be ready to deal with risks. Sometimes when things do not work out properly, I get hyperactive and my behavior changes with the people around me. I shout at them and even do not listen to them, which is also not a good characteristic of my personality because a leader should have ability to manage and tackle tough situations calmly.

I understand that doing MBA is not an easy job; it requires lot of hard work. It is not simply learning theory and writing it in exam paper. In fact, it is a field that prepares you for the practical world of business. Therefore, I will have to do a lot more than simple learning; which will be going to different organizations for interviews, preparing thesis, designing marketing campaigns, doing internships and a lot more.

Current strengths: My attitude towards clients is always excellent. For example, when my client was very hostile towards me in a role play (skills day), I could act professionally and did not allow her attitude to affect mine.

Other strengths that I exhibit include being structured, responsible, articulate, task-oriented, determined, confident, effective planner, visionary, and possessing the ability to manage resources effectively. Being structured allows me to set parameters that we can all work within to achieve the overall company goals. Structure builds bonds and a sense of cohesiveness in the workplace. This type of unity will be necessary for the success of the organization. We can all work towards common goals if clear goals are outlined for everyone. The other strengths will all work together as well.
Personally I believe that I am organised, I always carry round a diary, where I note down important dates and deadlines, and therefore allowing me to manage my time more efficiently. Another strength that I have is that I know how to operate a computer and I know how to use a computer effectively, at GCSE I got a B in my exam in Information and Technology, therefore giving me an advantage compared to someone who do not know how to use the computer. I also believe that I am confident, and that I have courage and the ability to speak to new people and adapt myself to a new environment without feeling uncomfortable. As well as that, I am also able to work in a group, where I can listen to my members in my group as well as voice my own opinion.

What are your main strengths?Punctuality, adaptability, precision and organisation. These are the strengths I possess, and the qualities that I believe will allow me to excel in this field of work. Personal strengths for me would be my strong desire to learn and change, and my persistence. I have been prevented from pursuing my desired education for so long, but I am chomping at the bit to get this done now. Not only am I pursuing a change in career, but I am going towards a field of study that I find interesting. I can be a very stubborn person at times and my persistence mirrors that trait.

Another one of my current strengths would be that I am very detail oriented and specially in a clinical setting, can be quite useful. Being able to pay attention to minor details can be the best way to assess a patient and find the best method of working with them.
I am my hardest critic, with that being said, I was able to identify many strengths. My top three would have to be, money management, management and leadership of people, and organization. My strengths include being able to include people in a group and ask for their opinion. This was developed by realizing that not being listened to is something that frustrates me while working in a team, and I don’t want people to ever feel that way if I can help it. Another forte I have is being humble enough to follow someone else’s plan or method of doing something if I feel it would work better than my own way. I figure if it is better for the final outcome it would be ignorant of me not to follow the best plan. It is cardinal for leaders to be able to take their ego out of their decision making process, and I think I have attained that ability.

The strengths I have: being efficient and organize. I have to have everything a particular manner before I write, perform, or do almost any jobs. Occasionally this can cost me lots of time. The weaknesses that I have are a perfectionist and impatient at times. I was used to working at a substantially faster rate than those around me. Sharing information and interacting with others is when I learn best. Understanding my weaknesses assists me to plan methods to conquer them when I am doing tasks and socializing with others. I must be kinder to myself and less strict about matters being merely so. I also need to be more delicate and comprehensible of others who tend not to take up my perfectionist styles. I also should be patient with people who take longer time to work. Since I have got a tendency to delay works when I do not feel like doing anything, I, therefore, need to create a regular schedule with integrated rewards and times for learning and acquiring assignments done.
After I completed self-tests online, I discovered that my management strengths and weaknesses that need to be developed for future management lays between the following four managerial skills, ‘leadership, teamwork, self-management and professionalism’, (Hedman,2016).
