The objective of this paper is to show you the personal strengths and weakness that I identified by asking friends and family their opinion on the topic regarding yours truly, and by examining myself for areas that I am really good at (also known as strengths) and areas I need to improve (otherwise known as weaknesses). After I have identified them, I will tell you how recognizing my strengths and weakness can help me to improve myself to achieve a more peaceful and satisfying personal life.
I will start with the unflattering information first and list my most obvious weaknesses.
My weaknesses were hard for me to identify but with the help of friends I was suddenly very informed on what they were! I was able to identify one

Recognizing my strengths, assists me in realizing what I am capable of achieving. Likewise, identifying my weaknesses allows me to set goals to overcome them and better myself in the process. Impatience, impulsiveness and stubbornness do not help me in my efforts to be at peace with my home and my surroundings. In my case they cause conflict and strained relationships. By using my greatest strengths of empathy, dependability and creativity and developing other strengths to counteract the negativity of my weaknesses I will benefit in every aspect
of my life. This will also enable me to be a happy person in sync with myself and other people around me. Conclusion

In addition to my personal challenges my personal strengths interfer. A personal strength I have is talking , I love sharing my opinion. Another personal strength I have is giving good advice because I love helping people solve their problem or help make their lives easier. Lastly another personal strength I have is just listening because I am a good person to vent to because I don’t judge. Therefore I always spread positivity and lean a hand.
Based on the Clifton Strengths Assessment my top five strengths are strategic, deliberative, learner, maximize and individualization. As an individual, I rarely look into my weakness. I believe that when your too focused on your weakness, you forget about your strengths. Everything the book said is true, and we need to take the time to look at our strengths and make it perfect. It is true that in this world or the school system, we are taught to look at our weakness and correct it so that we can become stronger in our life. This book brings out the truth that I longed to hear for a long time. Invariably, I hear my professor tell their students that for them success in life, they must practice and look at our weakness. This book proves it wrong because for us to become successful, we must stay to our strengths’ path.
As a recent high school graduate I may seem to have many more weaknesses than strengths. But, when brainstorming for ideas to write about I noticed that I had many more strengths than weaknesses, the complete opposite. My strengths allow me to stand out and allow my audience to experience my writing in a positive way. I am very persuasive and can demonstrate to others the way I believe and how I feel about a topic so they can recognize the way I view a certain topic. By being persuasive it is important to show ones opinions and
What are your weaknesses? Do they affect the way you do things? In the novel, Monster by Walter Dean Myers, there are numerous times where characters’ weaknesses have made complications much worse. This story is written in a form of a movie, with Steve Harmon being the writer. In his movie, Harmon is on trial for murder and robbery at the age of 16. Throughout the story we are given countless testimonies and pieces of evidence. In the end, Harmon is found not guilty. However, the other suspect James King, 23 years old, was found guilty and sent to prison. Harmon and many other characters showed signs of weakness throughout the story and it made things so much worse for them. Through actions, dialogue, and thoughts, one’s weakness could be the major drawback in serious times.
* What do other people see as your strengths? Weaknesses: * What could you improve?
My strengths are my self-confidence, determination, organization, and ability to prioritize. Balancing an overloaded school schedule, upwards of 24 credits in a semester, maintaining excellent grades, raising a toddler, and volunteering are demonstrative of my greater fortes. In terms of weaknesses, public speaking has always been difficult for me, as well as networking. I have branched outside of my comfort zone, engaged in volunteer opportunities, student organizations, and clubs as an effort to improve upon this.
A person's strength was always his weakness. When it comes to reading and writing, I have many strengths and weaknesses. My past writing and reading experiences have made me into the writer/reader that I today. Strengths help me excel in my read/write, but the weaknesses do bring me in a stump at times. When writing an essay, you can have a very high vocabulary, but not have the best of grammar. The good thing about weaknesses is that they can be worked on to be made into a strength. Many people achieve this by setting goals and making the new one harder and harder. Without strengths or weaknesses or even goals, how would people learn from their mistakes, becoming better at what they're not or achieve their aims.
I am flawed with many weaknesses but I am also equipped with many strengths as well. My strengths consist of being an organized and hardworking. Science and history are two areas I excel in. Science is one of my strengths because I can learn about a range of topics and be able to see how they all work in a sense. History is another strong point I have mostly due to the fact the past is
Like every human being, the same way I have strengths; Also, I have weaknesses. The weakness I need improvement is my interviewing skills. My interviewing skill is one of the reasons I
As humans, and particularly individuals, we all have personal strengths that we bring to our interactions with others as well as areas that perhaps need some more time and attention in order to improve upon them. In this journal, I’ll be focusing on four areas of strength I believe I have, as well as four areas the require further growth and personal change.
Through my personality and learning style I am able to identify a couple of personal strengths and weaknesses. My learning style is a combination of visual and auditory learning, so I am able to learn better with images as well as learning through discussions. Discussion helped me to identify one of my strengths as I am open-minded I am able to listen and see others perspectives on a topic. Whereas my personality shows my weakness as I am an introvert I do not tend to speak up on my ideas or thoughts in discussions.
Trying to decide what your personal strengths are, is hard. For myself, I have grown in my strengths, and I’ve experienced my weaknesses. My personal strengths consist of: positivity, encouragement, laughter, and love. I pick these four because I feel that I am truly strongest in these aspects of my life. Being positive is a big factor in everything I do. I always want to be happy and joyful; not only to display Christ in me, but to make others feel the way I do. I want others to appreciate life and to feel any kind of uplift in his or her spirt. Positivity plays into encouragement. I make it my goal to make others feel better about themselves. My goal coming into college was to learn and know every person(s) name that I got the chance to meet. Just taking a few minutes out of your day to truly get to know someone, is such a blessing. It not only blesses me in new friendships, but it also blesses others because they feel that someone genuinely cares about them. Laughter is another characteristic I strive to pour out onto others. I laugh at practically everything. I love to laugh, and I love to make people laugh. I’ve learned the importance of laughter, and I just want to make one person smile every day. Love is my last of the four attributes. Love is so important to me. I love creation (Trees, birds, squirrels), God, and I love people. I just want the love that God has given me, to pour out onto others. I want others to know that I love them. These are my personal strengths

While I definitely have more strengths than weaknesses, I do consider myself to have three weaknesses in my attributes. My weaknesses would include: Impatient, Shy and Reluctant. When working on a project, I can become a little impatient if the other group members are not pulling their weight properly or waiting till the last minute to do things. According to Melody Fletcher’s How To Overcome Impatience article, “Impatience is a response to fear”. I have a strong desire to control not only the outcome, but also how that outcome will come about and being impatient causes stress for myself because of the fear of failure. It can be somewhat irritating to work so hard on a project to have other group members conduct themselves in a manner that is unprofessional or not up to our higher education degree standards. I have managed to work on this weakness by knowing that every individual works at a different pace and levels of proficiency. I can be pretty shy when working in a group setting. While I try not to be reserved or nervous, I tend to sit back in listen during the first few group project meetings. I have worked on this weaknesses over my time at Full Sail University, by being more proactive in the group setting and taking control of either being the
The strengths I have: being efficient and organize. I have to have everything a particular manner before I write, perform, or do almost any jobs. Occasionally this can cost me lots of time. The weaknesses that I have are a perfectionist and impatient at times. I was used to working at a substantially faster rate than those around me. Sharing information and interacting with others is when I learn best. Understanding my weaknesses assists me to plan methods to conquer them when I am doing tasks and socializing with others. I must be kinder to myself and less strict about matters being merely so. I also need to be more delicate and comprehensible of others who tend not to take up my perfectionist styles. I also should be patient with people who take longer time to work. Since I have got a tendency to delay works when I do not feel like doing anything, I, therefore, need to create a regular schedule with integrated rewards and times for learning and acquiring assignments done.
