At the age of six years, I moved to the United States. Create new steps and setting goals while I learn the new culture. The instant I set foot on American soil, I sensed a new me with a different sense of responsibility towards my family, the need to protect and make them proud. I felt more mature as a person. I believe I always had a leadership quality in me. I was independent girl with a positive attitude and indian values. In my life my beliefs, values are stronger than anything.
My family influences me to make the right shows in my life. I am strong because I have seen my family struggler. I learned from my experience to be strong to reach my goals. I am confident because I can't let people use me and walk over me and brave during difficult times. My family has dreams for me which coincide with mine. Their sacrifices are my motivation.
My relationship with Jesus christ is about respect. I come from a different religion and I went to temple while another went to church. Coming to S.A.U, and singing and praying in the chapel is a sign of respect for Spring Arbor University, students and professors, and Jesus. A religion or

I like to be Faced with any given scenario they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.. I improve things about myself and other people or situations. I am “fascinated by problems that puzzle, confound or frustrate most people”. My other strength is Belief. I have certain core values that are unchanging. My family is my top priority and I am driven by my talents. The strengthsquest helped me understand who really I am. I am always been an independent person who wants to complete every wish my family dreams about. A person who’s only goal in life is to make my life proud. It helped me understand what are my quantiles that my friends and family like about me. It showed me what are my strong point are like my beliefs. It also helped me what my strong leadership skills
For instance the strength of being restorative has shown me that I need to work on not trying to control every situation and solve every problem someone has. I need to let them figure out how to solve their problems and just be a sounding board for them when they need it. Being a mom it is hard to not just jump in every time my boys face a difficult situation and just solve it for them. They are young men now and I realize that I need to take a back seat and let them figure out where their life’s road will take them and to be there to listen and help as they ask me. Hard, yes, but a necessity. By doing the assessment and finding out what my top three strengths are I can use them to in the best way possible to achieve the goals I have for my life both personally and professionally. I realize that being deliberative, my belief system and being restorative are my strengths and not weaknesses and I can now capitalize on those strengths at work and
The StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment was rather detailed; however, it was still surprising to see in just a few questions, an in-depth analysis of my personality could be created. Reading the result was rather interesting for the descriptive passages resonated with my view of my abilities and perception of myself. Each of the decided top five themes that were associated with the presence of my leadership skills held significant meaning to my understanding of the talents I possess. Seeing many of the topics and assets I felt were strong determinants of my successes throughout my school and professional life articulated into descriptive paragraphs, was rather enlightening.
To no great surprise, the results of the StrengthsFinder survey revealed that my five strengths are; Restorative, Empathy, Harmony, Adaptability, and Arranger. While reading each of the strengths, I found myself agreeing aloud with each one. For example, in 2014 my family had a wonderful birthday/Spring Break trip planned for my son, three days prior my beloved grandmother passed away unexpectedly. I was faced with, what I consider, a difficult situation. How could I leave my mother and aunt with making funeral arrangements along? After months of planning, how could I tell my children that we would need to cancel our week long family vacation? In an effort to fulfill my obligations with everyone, I decided that we would go on our family vacation.
Strength’s Finder 2.0: I learned a lot from taking this assessment. My top 5 themes are as followed; Harmony, Consistency, Analytical, Adaptability, Intellection. Although I was unaware that I held these strengths, I am now confident in saying that I indeed excel in these areas. As far as Harmony goes, it is true that I do not like to spend all my time in one area. I also do not like to take sides in conflicts and would rather stay out of it. I am not good with confrontation, unless I have to be. Consistency is also something that
5. Your strengths are highlighted so you can concentrate on them and solve problems you are having in other areas, for instance. If your strengths are, good personal skills and tremendous patients, then you might overcome a later problem easily by deciding to make a social call around a person’s house and discussing your concerns.
My top 5 themes from the StrengthsQuest Inventory are Maximizer, Relator, Adaptability, Includer, and Belief.
Current strengths: I have developed respect for the views of others and I am able to show empathy (understanding).
(Explore): I have been an individual learning all my life. During my undergraduate years, I seek quiet locations at the library where I can study alone. Coming into pharmacy school I reserved time during my day to study individually. Something, I have incorporated into my schedule is studying alone, but in a group of people. It has been fulfilling because I can ask questions about materials I need clarification on. (69)
After taking the StrengthsFinder survey, I was surprised at what I found in some instances. This survey was actually the most accurate of any quiz I have taken previously when describing my strengths and it even nailed many of my personality traits. According to the StrengthsFinder survey, my top five themes, or strengths are Learner Maximizer, Arranger, Responsibility, and Developer (Gallup, 2012).
After receiving my results of the StrengthsFinder 2.0 test, I’m left to reflect upon my personality and analyze the accuracy of the test’s evaluation. Following are my strengths:
