Stress affects everyone at some point. Generally, stress affects an individual in numerous ways including physical manifestations of stress such as pain or illness. The way in which a person responds to stress depends on varying factors, but no two people experience stress in the same way. A wellness coach is a great asset in learning to cope with stress through modifications in lifestyle and behavior as well as different health approaches that reduce stress.
