Goal Intervention
1. Student will copy spelling words from his study guide with correct formation, sizing of letters, and orientation to line with 70% accuracy 3/5 sessions by April 29, 2016 Student will pick out small beads that are hidden in yellow theraputty using a tip-to tip grasp. Following the FMC activity, he will write his spelling words on lined paper. Verbal and tactile cues will be given to encourage him to write his spelling words correctly and to use the right formation and size of letters.
2. Student will maintain an upright sitting posture with minimum cues when participating in writing assignments with 75% accuracy 3/5 sessions by May 9, 2016. Child will perform AAROM to (B) scapula increase UE
