Activity 1(pp. 4-5): Randall approaches three people to get money for the bus fare;First for Brandon, he sounds more casual; he tell him “you know how important I am to the store”. For Kim, he tries to delight her by calling her the “Best friend in the whole world”. For Nate, Randall reminds him of his previous behaviors before asking for the money and also Randall was the best lab partner that Nate ever been had, then after all Nate lend Randall $1.50.
