This year the Super Bowl is the legendary 50th. This is a important super bowl, and it’s between the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos. The Super Bowl is this Sunday in San Fransisco. This super bowl will be a domination by the Panthers due to the fact that they are easily the best team in the NFL this year. Why the Carolina Panthers will win the super bowl is there strong and reliant offense, mixing with their stringy defense. Their quarterback Cam Newton is strong in both throwing and running which makes him a deadly double combo. He can escape the blitz as well as pick up yardage at the same time. He also has a great tight end in Greg Olsen who will catch any ball in his general area. Their running back Jonathan Stewart is a blunt
On defense, the Cardinals were among the best in the NFL. They gave up the fifth fewest points per game (18.7) and tied for seventh in total interceptions. According to profootballfocus, over the last two seasons, the Cardinals have been the most efficient team at blitzing and stopping the run. This season should be no different notes John Weinfuss of ESPN. He has reported that the Cardinals new look defensive line is starting to “jell” and are feeling more and more comfortable with each other as the preseason goes on.
The Carolina Panthers have experienced an unforgettable regular season where they flirted with perfection and that was amazing; but now it's put up or shut up time for all the playoff teams in the quest for reaching the ultimate glory hoisting the Lombardi trophy! Here are my five keys for the Panthers to fulfill the dream they work so hard to
It's the first quarter and the ravens won the coin toss. The Ravens decide to differ to the 49ers. it has been a battle between these two teams. You can tell that both teams are nervous, but that soon stopped after the wide receiver Anquan Boldin scored a 13-yard touchdown. After the Ravens scored the 49ers kicked a field goal. This super bowl is going to be a battle of wills and who wants it more. At the end of the quarter the Ravens had a 7-3 lead on the 49ers.
The Panthers finally give Cam Newton a true No. 1 threat with Sutton, a classic red zone threat with surprising ability after the catch.
The Packers’ head coach is Mike McCarthy; he is better than the Bears’ John Fox. McCarthy has coached the team to the playoffs for the past seven years. The Bears have not been to the playoffs once while under the coaching of John Fox. McCarthy also has won more Superbowls. Fox has an outstanding zero Superbowl wins.
Why will they win the super bowl people might ask because they have great teamwork skills and have a good offence of coordinator. People might say they don't have anyone good on there team. That would be not true with Demarco Murray , Darren Sproles and Sam Bradford. This three make a good team. They are fast good at screens and can run.
The Steelers absolutely manhandled the 49ers on Sunday. Antonio Brown and Ben Roethlisberger is the best quarterback wide receiver combo in
The Steelers are a very good football team because of a few contributing factors, the first is their wide receivers. The Steelers have Antonio brown, the best wide receiver in the league right now, who works really well with QB Ben Roethlisberger to make great plays. Pittsburgh also has Sammie Coates, who recently had a very good game against the New York Jets and I believe will have a breakout season this year.
The Carolina Panthers are coming into the 2015 season with great momentum with back-to-back division championships under their belt. This off-season has been very successful in keeping the core together in signing quarterback Cam Newton and linebacker Thomas Davis to contract extensions. The best part of the off-season to me was the front office being proactive in addressing our weaknesses and providing Cam Newton with more weapons to play with.
Just eight teams remain with a chance to capture the Vince Lombardi Trophy at Super Bowl 50 next month. Of those eight teams, four of them feature a quarterback that was selected No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft (Peyton Manning, Carson Palmer, Alex Smith, Cam Newton), which is the first time in NFL history four quarterbacks selected with the top pick will play in a round of the playoffs. Below is a preview of this weekend’s NFL action.
It was a mild day outside in Charlotte, North Carolina. Yes, this is football weather. Weather for the Carolina Panthers, coming off a solid 12-4 regular season. Little did they know, however, that it would be Steve Smith’s final game in Carolina. Steve Smith was the greatest wide receiver to ever play for the Carolina Panthers. He is predicted to even enter the Hall of Fame, but not before being a draft steal in the 3rd round and having a stellar rookie season.
It is that time of year again! Super Bowl LI is just around the corner. The only exciting events are the commercials and half time performances.
Before the season started there wasn’t too much confidence from anybody, not even from the coaches and players. Assistant coach of the Panther Football team, John Schultz, said “I would say we probably would win about three games by beating the teams that were really down and lose to the average and above average teams.” The reason the lack of confidence was their was because of how heavy they graduated. The Panthers lost their starting quarterback, fullback, two linemen, and a wide receiver. Every one of these players were key players in their six wins last season.
The Panthers have young talent like Aaron Ekblad, Jonathan Huberdeau, Aleksander Barkov, among others but they haven’t been able to gain traction thanks to questionable decision making from the front office.
When people think of democracy the first thing that comes to mind is normally the democracy of today. However, democracy was different during the ancient times. The textbook states that “The Athenian democracy was a direct democracy in which the citizens made the laws” (Perry 60). Despite the flaws of today’s democracy, I think that democracy is the best form of ancient government because the people were able to vote on the issues.
