Ajit is currently in an efficient state of healthy eating, consuming upwards of 2 litres of water daily and obtaining an ample amount of carbs, protein and fats , usually obtained by multiple nutrition sources such as: legumes, whole grains, vegetables, meat and the occasional fast food.

Q) Provide an overview of this person’s current state of “Physical Activity”:

Singh, Being an elite level athlete, is at a premium level of physical activity. He is highly active, engages in numerous training procedures and school sports. Ajit, beside his involvement in multiple sports does high intensity resistance training 6 days per week for about 2 hours a day.

A typical daily workout regiment of Ajit’s consist of:
