1.1. Overview
Shan Foods was started in 1981 by Mr. Sikandar Sultan. Shan Foods started from a single small room. He declared to introduce his very own brand. He developed a manufacturing plant to satisfy the needs of the local people. Today, Shan has a huge product portfolio ranging from different variety of pickles, spices and recipe mixes to different variety of packaged desserts. Time Orientation
The study will be conducted as a cross sectional study extracting responses of the target audience at one point in time.
3.4. Data Collection
The study will rely on primary data and the data collection technique that will be used to collect the data will be questionnaires. Semi structured questions will be used that will include close and open ended questions and will give us a better insight into the females preference and attitude towards Shan Masalas.
3.5. Sampling
The target population for the study is females of Karachi ranging from 18 years to 45 years of age who belong to different socioeconomic classes. The research will be conducted at Dolmen mall, Clifton. The sample size will be set to 50. Simple random sampling will be used as female’s will be selected at random to gather their responses.
3.6. Data Reliability
Data Reliability will be checked through Cron Bach Alpha which will help identify any biases. It will help us to gauge the reliability of the existing data.
3.7. Data Analysis
Since it is a descriptive study data analysis will be done through descriptive statistics. Hence, graphs and tables will be used to demonstrate the
For the purpose of this study, the researcher intends to use a cross-sectional research design where all the data will be collected at the same time. The chefs just use their sharp skill in cooking to add more or take out or change some ingredients; we can have a new dish for client with delicious and different tastes. We want to bring to UC Berkeley very Saigon-eats with a special design and menus that create the exciting senses of Vietnamese foods without traveling to Vietnam they can feel and satisfy their curiousness about what Saigon foods taste.
Shing Kee Noodles establishes in 1956s. It operates for more than 50 years until now. It locates in Lek Yuen Estate of Sha Tin. Before the 1982s, it locates in Sha Tin’s former site. It is the only restaurant which is the first generation of cooked food Centre in Hong Kong. Now it is the third generation for operate the restaurant. Cheung Man Keung (B 哥), who is the boss of Shing Kee Noodles. It is family run business. Now, it employs some part time employees to help the business. The restaurant sells noodles and lunch meals in the morning, it sells the hotpot in the evening sometimes it sells the Poon Choi.
