This tool can be used to tune up or diagnose and repair issues that are worn or in the process of becoming faulty. Managers have access to a tool that will allow them to effectively evaluate and make decisions. The SWOTT analysis can ensure that issues are identified and classified so they may be prioritized properly. The problem is shown so managers can see the answer.
