Sydney is known for it's ridiculously high rental price. It ranked #8 in The 19 most expensive cities in the world to rent a property. If you are not willing to spent most of your salary on rental, you have to choices: live far away from the CBD or live in a small aparment.
Apparently the main issue need to solve when live far away is transportation. If you are going to buy a car, then it may not that a big probem to you. But driving car to work is not that common here in Sydeny, most of my colleague don't do that every day. Most poeple in Sdyeny rely on public transporation. And to be honse, the public transporation system in Sydney is definitely not the best in the world. Unlike cities like Tokyo and Taipei, there is no metro system in Sydeny that take you anywhere in the city with short waiting time. I guess it may work if you live close to a train station and your office is also close to a train station. Unfortunately my office is twentiy minutes walk away from the cloest train station. In conclusion, live far away is not an option to me.

There are some reasonble choices with price ranged from 300 to 500 aud a week. Although it won't be a big aparment, but if you are patient enough you could find some units with mini kitchen, own bathroom, bed, and even a flat TV included. Of course you can find place with even lower price if you are oaky with share bathroom or even just share the room with other people. But according to my experisce, if you are looking for a studio close to Sydney CBD, 300 aud a week is probablly the lowest price you could possibly get. Your rent per month will be around 1000 usd, which is still pretty high, but it somwhat affordable, I

If you’ve never been to Wollstonecraft NSW, you are missing out on one of the best suburbs in Sydney. It’s a beautiful, nice and quiet suburb located next to the busier suburb of Crow’s Nest, but not so close to get caught up in that hectic lifestyle. Wollstonecraft has several properties that offer magnificent water views and the train and bus transport systems run on a frequent and convenient schedule. Unlike some North Sydney suburbs, this one offers ample parking. The combination of amenities and the lifestyle make Wollstonecraft high in demand, which makes it a bit more expensive than some of its surrounding suburbs. The locals who live here like it just the way it is.

Sydney, centrally located on the eastern coast, is Australia’s largest and most influential city. Its multicultural nature, advanced infrastructure, state of the art technologies, scale of foreign investment and architectural ingenuity not only make for a highly desired international tourist destination but are all compelling evidence to suggest that Sydney is in fact an established city of the developed world. As in any developed city, there are a myriad of urban dynamics of change at work that have, and will continue to evolve the morphology of the Australian metropolis.

Affordability is one of the many attractive features of Tempe, a popular Sydney suburb. The houses are said to be larger than average and range from between $50,000 and $100,000 less than its surrounding suburbs of Marrickville and Newtown even though it’s only about five minutes from them. What else is appealing about Tempe.

Administrative law in Canada is a form of public law, and no supreme legislation defines the principle of administrative law (Boyd 269). One important point to note that the applicability of judicial review of an administrative decision is the key issue for an administrative law (Boyd 271). Consider the case of Dr. Q v. College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, in which, the committee of the college had established that the doctor was guilty of taking emotional and physical advantage of Ms. T, one of his patients. Ultimately, after investigation, the committee sanctioned Dr. Q. for 18 months. Dr. Q then appealed the decision under the Medical Practitioners Act. Upon her review of the case, British Columbia Supreme Court judge,
Recently, The Australian housing market has been growing rapidly which reflects the housing affordability crisis as the housing price rises much quickly than household incomes. There are two key observations of current Australian housing market from Yates, firstly today’s housing affordability problem is mainly a structural problem and intensified by cyclical pressures. It began 40 years ago when inflation switched focus on housing, besides, there are more renters than purchasers under today’s housing stress situation, and the housing

The Pharaoh demanded that all the Hebrew baby boys be put to death (thrown in the Nile). I think the person telling this story is possibly Moses's sister because it explains that “his sister stood at a distance, to see what would happen to him”. This is how she could tell the story because I feel as if she was always keeping an eye on him. In the story, Moses is found by the Pharaoh’s daughter, who decided to find him a nurse and keep him as her own (her son) when she grew up. I feel like the Pharaoh would find out that Moses is not her child and be killed. I think the purpose of this story is to show hope and love even in the worst of times.
. There are a couple of ways on how to teach your child to help others. I believe by the parents helping others the children learn to also be helpful. Being an example of a helpful person has to be effective in a positive way for the children. Also parents can talk to their child about the rewards it has on helping others. They can explain to their child about internal rewards and external rewards. In chapter twelve internal reward is define as self-satisfaction. External reward is gaining something back from you helping out. The parents should give life examples to their kids on how both rewards can be good. For example, internal reward can make you feel good about yourself also feeling like you are useful for someone. An example of external
