Globally, stroke is the second leading cause of death of the patients who are at the age 60 and it is the leading cause of long term disability in the United States that is known for having a large population. We know that stroke is a problem globally, but the burden of having a stroke is more severe on the people on Asia; it was equated that its mortality is higher than in North America or Europe. And going to our country Philippines, it is recorded that stroke is the second leading cause of death that has a prevalence of 0.9 percent; ischemic stroke comprises 70 percent and the hemorrhagic stroke comprises 30 percent. Having or experiencing a transient ischemic attack might serve as both warning and an opportunity to the patients, a warning of having a stroke and an opportunity to be knowledgeable to take steps on how to prevent it.1 The researcher gave some of the main
