Panic Disorder is an anxiety disorder that occurs following the experience or witnessing of a traumatic event. Panic disorder occurs in 90 percent of the population, this amount of percentage is what psychologist are facing every day. Panic disorder is a serious condition that strikes after a serious event have occur without warning exactly the time it will happen in the patient. Symptoms of panic disorder include sudden attacks of fear and nervousness, as well as physical symptoms such as sweating and a racing heart. Most people who struggle with PD want very much to know what causes panic disorder. There are really two questions here, and I will answer them both in this research paper (Wemmie,2016). It 's interesting to note that, for most people who develop panic disorder, it usually begins in their twenties or thirties the years of establishing an independent life for yourselves when you are most likely to experience these kinds of changes. What causes Panic disorder to invade a person 's life? Genetic predisposition, early childhood experience with anxiety and risk, and challenging changes on becoming an independent adult (Kessler, 2012). What these three factors have in common is that none of them were under your own control, this factor is all in our developmental events in life which certain things happen to some people. The person cannot control PD, a person with Panic Disorder have fears that a panic attack will disable him in some way kill him, make him crazy, make him faint, and so on. In response, he often goes to great lengths to protect himself from a panic attack, by avoiding ordinary activities and locations; by carrying objects, like water bottles and cell phones, that he hopes will protect him; by trying to distract himself from the subject of panic; and numerous other strategies will ultimately make the problem more persistent and severe, rather than taking actions and fixing the problem immediately by getting help from a professional psychology(Magee,
