Asthma- Is a condition in which a person airway become inflamed , narrow and swell, it also produce extra mucus, which make it difficult to breathe. Asthma can be minor or it can interfere with daily activities. In some cases, it may lead to a life-threatening attack. Organs involved: • Airway • Lungs ,and also blood stream Causes: Airway blocks oxygen which prevents oxygen from interring lung. Treatment: • Mange by inhaler • Dry powered inhaler –Diskus, Ellipta, Flex haler, and twist haler • Steroids – serevant, Atimos, oxis, Prevention: Follow written asthma plan, use medicine doctors prescribe. Pneumonia- Infection that inflames air sacs in one or both lungs, which may fill with fluid. The infection can be life-threatening to infants, children, and people over 65. Organs involved: • Lungs (infection in lungs) Causes: Bacteria is the most common cause in Pneumonia streptococcus in the USA .bacteria like organism virus, cause colds, flu, and fungi. Also referred to as alveoli. The alveoli fill with fluid or pus, making it difficult to breathe. HIV/AIDS- The virus can be transmitted through contact with infected blood, semen, or vaginal fluids. Within a few weeks of HIV infection, flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, and fatigue can occur. Then the disease is usually asymptomatic until it progresses to AIDS. AIDS symptoms include weight loss, fever or night sweats, fatigue, and recurrent infections. No cure exists for AIDS, but strict adherence to
