This is supported by research of the company’s visions and goals to ensure their social presence is strong enough to generate much needed views to draw to the needs and desires of lost youth and big organizations. The social media goals for PYN are: • Increasing youth enrollment of programs • Improving youth success • Encouraging word-of mouth counsel • Substantiating the organization among the young population To execute this goal social media tactics will be exercised to ensure a successful outcome. The tactics will be assisted by listening, interfacing, encouraging, and utilizing the social internet. Also, this plan will display how the implementation of social media application will be measured to allow the execution of the plan to achieve maximum results. A detailed budget will be included to display the cost of enforcing the plan. Brief Overview: Project U-Turn which is one of the programs ran and operated by the Philadelphia Youth Network has made great strides in helping Philadelphia youth achieve educational success. However, Philadelphia still needs improvement in decreasing the numbers of high school dropouts.
