There have been reports of intruders in the 20th ward, and are believed to be as ghouls. The CCG dispatched immediately when they received the sudden reports of the citizens living in the said ward. At the Takada Building, a female ghoul was eating her victims when a masked man interrupted her. She was displeased from having her meal disrupted so she stole the pliers of the masked man and left him enraged. Then the female ghoul threw the pliers on top of a building. The next day, an ordinary college student, named Ken Kaneki, sits at Anteiku café with his best friend, Hideyoshi Nagachika, while the news reporting the incident at the Aqua Building in the background. “On the 28th part of the remains of a man's body was found on the street by the Takada building. Fluid from what is thought to be a 'ghoul' was left at the scene. Investigators are considering this the work of an 'eater' type and are commencing for an immediate search of the surrounding area. There are fears of an 'eater' attacking the city of Tokyo... But what are they actually like? Today, we will ask Dr. Ogura a researcher who studies eater types.” “Scary... He hoped that the stories about ghouls weren't true. “I heard they disguised themselves as humans and lie in... Wait... Then suddenly things like that!” Hide exclaims while explaining every detail of a ghoul. “Disguised as humans, huh?” Kaneki thought, absorbing every word that Hide told him. However, what Hide said could be true. “Kaneki, perhaps... you're... a ghoul” Hide laughed teasingly as he attempts to in jest him. “IDIOT!” Kaneki mumbled; giving Hide a displeased look For a brief moment, Kaneki thought that If he were a ghoul, he thinks Hide would be very dead. “You know what Kaneki?” Hide said, boredom was seen on his face. “Let's talk about something besides ghouls...” He smiled lazily, and so the pair's talk went
The Eshelman Building was built in 1872 in Clarence New York. It is currently located in its same position as 150 years ago where what is currently called the four corners. The builders of this piece of history are John and Jacob Eshelman and after that point their nephew, Andrew Eshelman took over. The building is 3 stories and each one had its own purpose. The first floor was the store and they sold clothing to hardware. The second floor was a 3,000 square floor apartment, or bed and breakfast where some political figures stayed during elections. There was an interior fire in the 1900s but luckily the beautiful exterior stayed intact for all of us to see today. The third floor was used as a stage for theater and entertainment and was

Have you ever walked into a bathroom and wondered if the roof was going to fall on you? In silo high school if you ever go into the bathroom you would probably think that because that roof looks bad. It is old and dirty with stains all over it, you would think that it was a thousand years old, and was used roofing when they put it up.
“What’s da’ matter? Looks like you’ve just seen a ghost.” he started chuckling at this.
During the times of the 18th century those who were grave robbers also known as body snatchers had to go through many obstacles to get human remains and corpses for a beneficial outcome. The practice of stealing corpses from graves and selling them, usually to medical researchers for personal financial gain. At the time many grave robbers were referred to as ‘ghouls’. They usually worked in teams that targeted
Everybody that works with freaks becomes a suspect. Scully and Mulder approach the “Tabernacle of Terror”. The dark room covered with dusk, the light only entering in from the entrance and exit. The art manager was working at his workbench on a head with a screaming face. He is killed in his storage room by a slithering figure with the face of a monster. Blood is everywhere. Each time a murder occurs they make you believe that the freaks are responsible. They set the scene in a frightening space to pull the view in and make you think it must be the freaks. What this is saying is that even if you work in a horrible place such as the “Tabernacle of Terror” that it doesn’t make you a terrifying person. That often people who look different are
As one older gentleman tells the history of the building and what the military did, he shared his stories with such passion and conviction. He knew that building like the back of his hand. He knew every fact about it. Yet, his lady friend (Bethany) had focused much more on the spookiness of the building. It wasn't the walking around the building, it wasn't even the broken glass or vandalized walls that makes you think twice about entering. It’s the pure feeling of eeriness, you can just feel that you are not alone. You walk in and your skin simply crawls. Bethany sat and shared stories of loud thumps she hears time to time in the night to the phantom noises throughout the town that you simply can’t ignore. She says: “one of the ghosts who occupies the Buckner Building is apparently fond of whistling, and another has a particularly heavy step”. Her gentleman friend just giggled and went back to reading the newspaper. Bethany stated "there are memories she won't even share simply because they're too scary”. As Bethany poured me another cup of coffee she whispered “mostly, though, all the ghosts are
Fear struck New York City and the world as a foreign creature roamed the city until the early hours of this morning. It destroyed many famous landmarks including the statue of liberty, Rockefeller center and the Empire State Building. There is still uncertainty as to where the creature comes from; a group of scientists believe it is an unknown species of sea animal whilst alien conspiracists believe it could also be an extraterrestrial being. Military forces managed to kill the creature and the corpse is currently being transferred to a research facility in Massachusetts as it is the only place with enough space and equipment to do an autopsy ,a report is expected to be released tomorrow as to what the creature may be.
The Carnegie Building at Penn State has a deep and rich history. It was constructed in 1904 due to a $150,000 donation from Andrew Carnegie, a member of the Penn State Board of Trustees. The Carnegie Building has held various functions over the years, such as being the home to the school’s first library. After a renovation in 1940 and the moving of the library to the current location, the building became the office and rehearsal space for the music department. The Penn State Marching Blue Band was initially established because of another generous gift on behalf of Carnegie. The Daily Collegian, the school newspaper, housed its headquarters in the building from 1972 to December of 1989 before moving downtown to the
In 1956, serial killer Ed Gein was arrested in his Wisconsin home. The quiet hermit was found to be in possession of various items made out of human skin, shrunken heads, even soup bowls that were made from human skulls. It was determined that he lived alone because of his family’s untimely demise, his father died in the late 40’s and his mother died in the 50’s. After their deaths, Gein went insane and turned into a human butcher. Even though, he was only guilty of murdering two women, he also confessed to be a serial grave robber that would dig up and carve up the bodies he exhumed.
The setting is in Tokyo,Japan in modern times. But there are ghouls that can only get the nutrition they need from eating humans, kinda like a fish eating another fish only with humans and ghouls as the fish. And so far in the story the places that we have been introduced to is Kaneki’s house, a coffee shop, a couple streets/ alleys, and his school.
Eleven years ago a so-called “boogeyman” came to New Orleans, Louisiana. In May 1918, the people of New Orleans shook in their beds, cried while asking for mercy, and listened to every pin drop. Throughout these many sleepless nights the Axeman came to life in the city, leaving crimes left and right. The crimes committed did not stop in 1918, but continued into 1919, and still the murder is unsolved.
“Maybe it was a vampire,” the girl says, sniggering and shooting a look at Meta.
You’re shaking.” Jack asks, he stares at me as though he were trying to calculate what my problem is. I point one shaky finger towards the piece of paper on the table. My body collapses in the corner as he reads. “Do you think it’s real?” he turns towards me, his face drained of all color.
Guests have claimed to have heard footsteps when no one was there. Others have alleged waking up with mysterious bruises, and still others say that they experienced a room they were in suddenly turning cold, presumably when a spirit entered their presence.
