Through marketing communication the company can affect people to buy or use their product. Without good marketing communication people may even not consider the product was existed. Marketing communications are the means by which firms attempt to inform, persuade, and remind consumers (directly or indirectly) about the brands they sell (Keller, 2008). Marketing communication is a broad discipline encompassing a set of activities designed to persuade customer to purchase the firm’s products. Marketing communications are the means by which firms attempt to inform, persuade, and remind consumers-directly or indirectly- about the products and brands that they sell. Marketing communication represent the voice of the brand and are a means by which it can esthablish a dialouge and build relationships with consumers (Davis 2010).
As the growth of technology and time changes, the marketing communication also changes. Previously, people use traditional media, such as TV, newspaper, and radio. Now, people tend to use more personal communication media, such as internet and social media. These kinds of media have lower cost than traditional media and can cover a lot of potential segment.
There are a lot kind of communication media which can be used by company to communicate their products or services to future customers. However, use all communication media would boost huge marketing cost. As a result,…
