As some of you may already know Tammie Elix who works on Monina’s team as a Medicaid/Medicare follow up biller, has been diagnosed with stage 3-4 Nasopharyngeal Cancer (head & neck) and has spread to a nearby lymph node. Her medical team is being aggressive with her treatment and she has spent the few weeks preparing, she had to move out of her apartment and moved into a trailer on her parent’s property. Last week she had 8 of her teeth pulled, a feeding tube placed, getting a pic line put in and will start Chemo & Radiation treatments next week.
A 3-month-old baby boy suffered through an attack that left him with severe burns to his face and body. The torture that he was put through didn't stop there, he had also been beaten with multiple fractures found on his small body.

A report was received on 06/05/2017 alleging that the mother (Hermionne) left Ashante (C-V 17) with a non-relative since 02/2017 without any legal rights. According to the report, the mother refuses to take her child back home and will not engage with Ms. Aarons (caretaker) to provide legal documentation for the child to be enroll in school and taken to a Primary Care Physician. Ashante has not been is school for the past 4 months and are unable to enroll in school without paperwork. According to the report, Ashante self mutilates her arms, and the mother refuses to get counseling. The report indicates Ashante was to follow-up with a Cardiologist for a chest pain and the mother refuses to take her to the doctor.
Tammy Marquardt born in Toronto was a victim of sexual abuse till the age of 17. She moved out and on May 19th 1991 her son Kenneth was born and she married Rick Marquardt. On the afternoon of October 9th, 1993, Tammy went to check on her son Kenneth, and she found Kenneth tangled in the sheets gasping for breath. Kenneth suffered from serious health issues including asthma, pneumonia and epilepsy and three days later, Kenneth passed away.
REPORTER: The reporter/ Therapist (Felissa) called with concerns for the victim, Kalise. The reporter called to report lustful touching and possible physical abuse. According the reporter, in August of 2015, the child told her mother (Shanna) and grandmother (Chaundra), “J touched me, he pulled my diaper, he tore my gown’. They attempted to ask her more questions and she said “I don’t want to talk about it”. On 9-17-17, the unknown male child's grandmother Faye; asked me to look at the child back. The child's left shoulder blade had a scar. The scar appeared to like someone used their two middle fingers and dug into his skin. The child was bleeding and scared. The child's grandfather (unknown) did this allegation. On 09/15/16, there is a Screening Report stating that Ms Rikki Miller (AKA: Bennett) called the GPPD asking to take her child, Keaton to the hospital because he was having bad behavior and she also asked to have her child removed from her home. DHS took that child and placed in the child’s home.

At 5am Officer Singh called SA Lyn Brumaire who was on duty at Coral Tower because Jordan Horvat was worried a resident of 902, Stephanie Lee, was missing. Upon keying into the room with PSO Tabiri, the resident in questions, Stephanie Lee was found to be missing from her apt. Officer Tabiri then decided to take a statement from SA and resident Macayla Caso. Ms. Horvat was also not present in the room. Ms. Caso was under the assumption that Ms. Horvat had gone home since she was packing earlier in the day and the sheets were stripped off her bed.
After pleading guilty to charges of manslaughter in result of her six-month old daughter’s death, Angela Moore decided to accept the lesser sentence of five years after making a plea bargain in Judicial District Court in June of 2015. On 1/29/2017, Hennepin County Child Protection accepted a report alleged neglect, lack of supervision of Narieya and Malachi by their mother, Genishia Cohen. Per reporter Genishia had her children with her while she went to Regions Hospital to pick up Malachi’s birth certificate. Per reporter she had trouble finding parking and parked in front of the emergency room.
