I feel a strength, I would bring to the team is the ability to make everyone feel include. I enjoy help other bring out the best of themselves as well as embrace there flaws. I am against bullying, stereotyping and discriminating against those who may not look, think, and or act like what one wants them to. I am instead for understanding and learning to put yourself in others shoe. I promote communication instead of violence and learning instead of judging.
Headland Middle School is a Title I school located in Headland, Alabama. Headland is a small community located in Henry County, Alabama. We have 585 students in grades 6-8. We have about 49% of our students to receive free or reduced lunch. We have a diverse student population (African-American 35%, Hispanic 8%, White 55%, Multiracial 2%), which is make up of our community.
The All-Star Footwear executive team worked well together to create a high-performing corporation, which excelled in competing in the athletic shoe global market. Due to the strong execution of each member, we secured first place in the BSG simulation and learned about competitive analysis in the process.

A second strength would be an individualized consideration provided to each team member with a focus on self-interest which as a key advantage to accomplishing good work. My team trusts my guidance as their leader because they know that in the end I have their success as individuals in mind. Over time I have proven to them that I have no personal agenda to adhere to and therefore the decisions I make with regard to them are solely for their benefit. I am able to delegate tasks to individuals that I believe are willing and excited to accept the task at hand, whether they believe they are ready or not. It is my belief in others to rise to any challenge that fuels my strength as a leader. Only when they do not succeed, do I find it necessary to intervene and take action. This foundation of trust is also vital to my success as a leader.
I would be a great asset to your organization because I possess a handful of skills. My strongest skill is that I am a natural born leader. I take pride in my actions and my goal is to get the job done under any circumstance. An example of this would be during the 2016 South Dakota High School Football State Championship with my sport facilities course.
For that reason, as part of the team, I can contribute my unique traditions and cultures into the diversity. Speaking of diversity, my greatest asset is communication skill where most of my friends refer me as a very straightforward person. I disagree with inequality and prejudice, and I am willing to stand up for any person who is treated with bias because of origin or any other qualities, which set that particular person apart based on what was given at birth or cannot be changed. The company operates more than 500 corporate and franchise stores, selling various sports equipments and sportswear all over Canada. These corporate stores include Sport Chek, Atmosphere, National Sports, Hockey Experts, S3, and Nevada Bob’s Golf. In 2011, Canadian Tire bought the company for nearly $800 million, and became their parent company.
3)If I were to be chosen for the EAST Conference team, I believe I would bring many strengths that would be very beneficial to the success of the team. My communication and leadership skills would be two great strengths that I could bring to the conference team. I am responsible, determined, and self-driven which are all strengths that are essential to a well functioning Conference Team.
3.1 Explaining the roles people play in a team and how they can work together to achieve shared goals of Travelodge.
This paper is my personal SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis discusses four specific categories to evaluate a project, situation or in my case my personal and professional life (Hay, Castilla, 2006). In this analysis I will look at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that I need to address in my life. The concept of this type of analysis is a great way to find out ways to improve, but at the same time is a difficult task for someone like me who has a hard time outwardly expressing self attributes. That might be one of my weaknesses or threats, on the other hand it might be what makes me a good listener to others. I will refer to the SWOT analysis chart throughout this paper (figure 1.1) the list was difficult but, I feel it is pretty close to complete.
According to What is SWOT Anlysis (2011), SWOT analysis is an analysis used to identify the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) of the company as well as external factors (opportunities and threats) of the company.
Strengths for our team include the fact that our group consists of upper level, business majors who have studied various aspects of business theory and knowledge. This knowledge will be used to the best of the group’s ability to develop and present a well-rounded final project. One notable weakness for our group is that we are having to communicate over a distance rather than work together in a single setting. This provides some obstacles as e-mail communication is often tedious when it comes to working together in a group. However, opportunity wise, our group consists of different minded members who can provide various and diverse insights for our group project. As a group our biggest threat is mostly time and communication. Because this class ranges over a few short weeks it is imperative that our group is mindful of deadlines as well as maintaining clear communication between all members.
Operational excellence is important in delivering quality education using functional areas such as learn and grow, look after customer, look after share holder and the business process to excel which are assessed using a balanced scorecard for their performance. A quantitative technique used with the supported tools in the decision analysis process for making in a situation where uncertainty exists. Strutledge can perform decision analysis using simple excel or OM tools which is a quantitative tool that organizes into a payoff table. The SWOT analysis is a quantitative tool used in the decision analysis to access the impact of adding a new MBA and other Master of Science courses.
