1.1 Describe what differentiates a group of people from a team.
A team is generally organized, with specific goals and usually with specific roles for different members of the team. A team is a group of people that works together for a common cause or goal.
A group is just a collection of people with something in common, such as being in the same place or having a shared interest.

3.1 Describe the stages that a team goes through during its life cycle.
The stages that teams normally go through range from forming to disbanding. the stages cannot always be clearly identified: this is likely to be the case if a team operates for a few days or if a team has changes in its membership. In the first case, there may be little ‘storming’ and in the latter there may be a considerable amount of it.
