Teamwork: Being a player on a soccer team for many years, I know all too well the importance of teamwork and being a team player. I contribute my best every time I step on the pitch and support my fellow teammates.
Communication: Part of my job as a referee includes communicating with coaches, parents, players and other referees of all ages.
Quick Learner: I am able to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly whether it be a computer programming system or a task given at hand.
Responsible: I am very responsible. This became important for me when I began to play competitive sports and needed to ensure I make it on time for training and games. When I became a referee it became even more important as the game cannot start without the ref.

What can you bring to the Staff team?: I am an active member of the arson community. I have been staff on here before and I always did my best work. School is coming up in only a few days for most people and even during school I will stay active. I usually can deal with issues fairly easily and I don't take much stress or get annoyed with players. I can be a helpful member to the staff team and an active one. I will deal with players how they are meant to be dealt with and will always do my best to help arson and make it a better community. I know most people are going to go inactive during the school year and I can promise I will not do this. I have lots of time in school to deal with homework and projects. I am an experienced staff on arson I've been a staff member on here before and know what to do and how to deal with most situations. I will punish players accordingly never to strict or too lenient. I will not be a staff member who asks while a server is spammed by a player base that is in desperate need of help and I won't afk when it's time for me to do my duties as a staff member.
To be perfectly honest, I didn’t have a clue as regards “Forbidden Island” and wasn’t too familiar with many board or card games. My initial
I believe I would make an awesome A-Team member because I am a dedicated and organized worker. I am also part of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme and IMPACT scholars. School-wise, I am always up to date on what’s going on in the school such as sport events, club meetings, and academic opportunities. Outside of school, I love to volunteer once a week at Willis Junior High to help the 7th grade orchestra with their musical skills. Moreover, if I were to join the A-Team, the Link Crew would be more proficient with events, on top with the latest news, and further demonstrating Chandler High as an A+ school.
TEAM/GROUP COHESION: Team cohesion runs as one with team holding. Indeed, team bonding is the thing that keeps any gathering or team together after the team holding activity is over. In this respect then, team bonding is about keeping up the team holding impact and preventing gathering discontinuity.
In my work center, we require exceptional teamwork to complete our day-to-day task. I will apply the team dynamics concept to my work center by fostering a strong and cohesive unit that works together to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. Also, I will decipher how each individual aids in the development of the group. Each member contributes different talents to the work center and I have to find those and apply them to team dynamics to accomplish the mission effectively. As a leader I will develop a solid relationship with my subordinates to make certain that the group evolves into a well-oiled machine built on trust, loyalty, and respect. According to lesson materials “team leaders pay close attention to interpersonal relationships because

Self-directed work teams are comprised of employees from diverse departments who join forces on a specific task. The selected individuals bring their expertise to the group to create a product, outline a process or begin a product launch. The self-directed work teams frequently meet to review the progress of their project. This allows each member to share their experiences with their colleagues and they can all learn from one another.
I have to make sure that my team and I are bonding and we are all on the same level. For this reason, if we have better chemistry off the pitch it could relate back to the pitch. My grades are another important part and I try to have all A’s. Also, talking to Coach off the pitch to have a better understanding of what he wants on the pitch and what he expects from me is extremely important. As a team we have to volunteer to spread awareness of the Presentation College and the Men’s Soccer Team. In the end my off duty task closely relates to how I perform on the
PLACES! Everyone springs into action as the play begins. Allowing us to do a play for our final project will not only premit us to have this feeling but it will help increase teamwork, be helpful later in life, and allow us to express ourselves on the drama side.
Group skills are a piece of a suite of expert abilities that businesses anticipate that graduates will have and have the capacity to apply in the working environment. Instructive foundations, then again are required to give chances to the advancement of these expert skills, and to get ready understudies for working adequately in the work environment. Group skills are nonspecific and transferable abilities that have long-lasting importance. Group skills incorporate the capacity to discuss adequately with colleagues, to work cooperatively to take care of issues, to consult with associates and resolve clashes, and to draw in with differing colleagues.
I personally believe that I work well in-group situations; I have had to work within a group on multiple occasions and have always found it to be a fun and rewarding experience. At school I often have to work in a group environment to complete assignments, I enjoy working this way and I am able to accept my other teammates option and input surrounding the assignment. Another situation that requires teamwork is at my current job, whist working I have to cooperated with my colleagues and accept that there way of competing a task may not be how I would. Despite the above examples I believe that everyone experiences group work on a day to day basis, this could be eating lunch with friends, helping the family clean up after dinner or working within
I think that my best quality I have is my teamwork and that my worst quality would be my commitment in doing above and beyond that affects my parents. I have always work well in a team and my cooperation with them and have gotten good results because of it. But my commitment in doing above and beyond has affected my parents and how much they use up their time for me. My teamwork is a quality that I am proud of and so is my commitment to do above and beyond but it also is my worst quality of how it affects my parents.
