PLACES! Everyone springs into action as the play begins. Allowing us to do a play for our final project will not only premit us to have this feeling but it will help increase teamwork, be helpful later in life, and allow us to express ourselves on the drama side.
Firstly, teamwork is something we all need. As humans, we all struggle to get along with each other because its our nature. Doing this play would bring us together as a class. A good team not only needs to be able to work together, but they need to have different ideas and opinions. It is good to have many ideas because someone may have a idea that makes it better that someone else did not see at all. Along those same lines, it is also good to have different views on how it is. For example, if someone was not doing well on an act of the play, someone else may have a way to make it better depending how how the play came across to that person. Working as a team would also force us to not be self-centered and focus on what we want. While doing this play, we would need to listen to others and their ideas. Overall, teamwork is a big aspect in life

An example of this is the high school plays. In order to get a part in the play, you need to be able to act, sing, and dance. Producers are not going to be looking for someone who can write research papers, they are going to be looking for someone who can act in a play. This brings me to my next point, we need to be able to act because of not only the high school plays, but if we want to pursue a career in acting. Acting companies are do not look for someone who has not acted before, they want a person who has experiance in acting. Plays also help with humbleness. When we do someting well, some people go and brag about it. We all need to learn how to be humble. Although it is okay to take pride in something you do well, but you do not need to over do it. In summary, the play can help us later in life in multiple
What can you bring to the Staff team?: I am an active member of the arson community. I have been staff on here before and I always did my best work. School is coming up in only a few days for most people and even during school I will stay active. I usually can deal with issues fairly easily and I don't take much stress or get annoyed with players. I can be a helpful member to the staff team and an active one. I will deal with players how they are meant to be dealt with and will always do my best to help arson and make it a better community. I know most people are going to go inactive during the school year and I can promise I will not do this. I have lots of time in school to deal with homework and projects. I am an experienced staff on arson I've been a staff member on here before and know what to do and how to deal with most situations. I will punish players accordingly never to strict or too lenient. I will not be a staff member who asks while a server is spammed by a player base that is in desperate need of help and I won't afk when it's time for me to do my duties as a staff member.
To be perfectly honest, I didn’t have a clue as regards “Forbidden Island” and wasn’t too familiar with many board or card games. My initial
I believe I would make an awesome A-Team member because I am a dedicated and organized worker. I am also part of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme and IMPACT scholars. School-wise, I am always up to date on what’s going on in the school such as sport events, club meetings, and academic opportunities. Outside of school, I love to volunteer once a week at Willis Junior High to help the 7th grade orchestra with their musical skills. Moreover, if I were to join the A-Team, the Link Crew would be more proficient with events, on top with the latest news, and further demonstrating Chandler High as an A+ school.
Before the activity, my group had a brainstorm; we threw out ideas how to get across. KaCee suggested we could have set two people on one log while we were going across, and I suggested that we bring the sixth log to the front. That brainstorm gave us ideas on how to cross the river. We took those ideas, combined them, and use them to get across. The team helps with problem solving. Because of that, we were able to get across. When we were crossing, we split. One person was not doing everything; every person helped. This caused less stress because one was not doing all the work. The benefits of teamwork did not just apply to this situation but could be applied to business as well. Different people can get different ideas because of the multiple points of view. With those ideas, one could a creative one and be able to use those to solve a problem. If a person split the work, then it would be less stress for everybody because a person does not need to worry about it
Hi Janet, I do agree with you that having interdisciplinary team care can prevent some of the potential risks or problems and save on cost incurred by both the patient and the institution. In a disciplined team, each member play their role to their best and are motivated to bring in new ideas or correct a colleague without fear (Mitchel et, al, 2012). This improves the team spirit, reduces chances of errors and members learn from each other. The end result is an improved patient outcome and team growth. Good post.
In my work center, we require exceptional teamwork to complete our day-to-day task. I will apply the team dynamics concept to my work center by fostering a strong and cohesive unit that works together to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. Also, I will decipher how each individual aids in the development of the group. Each member contributes different talents to the work center and I have to find those and apply them to team dynamics to accomplish the mission effectively. As a leader I will develop a solid relationship with my subordinates to make certain that the group evolves into a well-oiled machine built on trust, loyalty, and respect. According to lesson materials “team leaders pay close attention to interpersonal relationships because
For an organization to achieve its set strategic goals, there are several aspects of human resources that cannot be ignored. One of them is teamwork. Teamwork is imperative for organizations because it brings about efficient and fast accomplishment of tasks as compared to individual project handling (Sims & Sauser, 2013). Employees are able to share ideas while at the same time reducing their individual workload which keeps them energetic and motivated as a consequence. In teams, the pressure on every employee is significantly reduced which makes them more productive in the accomplishment of the roles that have been assigned to them (Sims & Sauser, 2013). This research paper highlights the methods that can be used by organizations to manage
Team lead in a team has more roles and responsibilities than team members. Leading a team means collaborating all the effort the team members together through effective communication and making sure team strategies, objectives and visions are met. The success and failure of a team largely focus on the ability and quality of the team lead. Team lead or team champion is a person who need to bond all the team members of the team together. There are many common problems found in teams. A good leader will attempt to get to the bottom of those concerns, and will at times devise ways to create team building exercises. Development of team building programs should work to resolve the issues, and ultimately create an environment where the team members are working together more effectively, and actually introduce and improve problems together. These type programs are best put together in a way that is customized to the team, because of the many associated variables. In understanding the concerns facing a team it is important to assess the data related to the problems and determine the best ways to use the data to increase the health of the team. There are specific alternatives
Team interviews are conducted by a team of individuals who will ask different questions. The individuals are normally taken from different departments within the organisation such as finance, marketing or personnel and they focus one a particular topic. For example, the individual from the finance interview will analyse the candidate’s response in terms of financial factors. Each person from the different departments will bring different sets of skills to the interview process so the individuals will be looking for different features in the candidates. For example, the interviewer from the finance department will look at the candidate in terms of finance and how well they can manage the financial aspect. Usually, each member of the interview team will have equal weighting of their opinion, so each person’s opinion will be taken into account as important.
I support the validity of your observation that team collaboration is an asset to an organization. As you have put forward, the driving force behind the integration of all the teams with Regis Corporation should be its goals and objectives. Each unit has its primary goals that are supposed to be in line with the overall objectives of the organization. The targets of each employee require being aligned with their respective team goals which in turn should be pushing the company's entire plans (Beauchamp, Bowie, & Arnold, 2009). Roles cross each other making it necessary to have interdepartmental meetings to avoid confusion. However, individual responsibilities have to be in line with the key performance indicators (Beauchamp et al. 2009). It
Technology has changed jobs in an organization where I have worked because everything is computerized. I work at my job where we use computers to chart before and at the end of shift. The nurses use the computer to order medications also those in charge of ordering resident personal things as well. We also, use the computer to fill our timesheets and other documentations.

Additionally, the team would have known that they, must collectively work together to achieve the goals of the group. Understanding teamwork competencies, will assist a team to becoming successful. In other words, every team should have an understanding of the situation it is facing, as stated by (KSA, 2016) “problem Solving – Identifies and analyzes problems; distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions; provides solutions to individual and organizational problems.”

The efficiency of a team’s collaboration performance based environments. The five teamwork competencies that Kreitner & Kinick (2013) discuss in the text assist, teams in organizations with establishing the framework to succeed and become effective. If Google’s HR team members were instructed ahead of time in the teamwork competencies, there should have been more focus around organizing and managing the team performance. According to the text, this competency allows teams to establish “specific, challenging, and accepted team goals” as well as “address feedback on team performance” (Kreitner & Kinick, 2013, P. 306)
