There is no I in team” is a quote that can explain the Victorian Era really well. The Victorian era was from 1803 to 1901. In this time period people worked together and came together to make a better society. Even though this time period did see some problems, it was a rather successful one. The victorian Era lasted through 1837-1890s. The era gave woman little power and opportunities in life while men were looked at as having the most control. Fashion choices determined a person’s social status and politics were strictly powered by men. There were many influences during the time period that blocked off woman from being equal to others with higher status or wealth. Events throughout the Victorian era placed restrictions on women and the lower class citizens. The way people dressed and acted determined their class and wealth which connects to today’s expectations of how a person should look and how they treat others. Social status and employment were based off of the wealth of a family and the success
The Victorian Era held many compromises and changes for the Victorian people. When people think “Victorian”, their minds could lead to big dresses or fancy residents, but things were a lot more complex than that luxury. For England, many things have adapted and changed such as England itself, the Victorian women, the Victorian sports, and the food and cooking during this era.
The Victorian Era began in 1837 with the rule of Queen Victoria and ends in 1901. Queen Victoria creates a prudish, repressed, and old fashioned society through laws, fashion, and religion. The British Empire was growing and more immigrants were coming due to the industrial revolution. During the time period people became very hypocritical of each other, but were able to hide their own sins do to a growing income and middle class. Women were still repressed during this time since society believed a person’s sex equaled their worth to society. Although the Victorian era was good for the United Kingdom in many ways, it was also a time where there were great differences in gender equality leaving women with very few rights. Therefore, making it a period when women began to demand equal treatment to men and although their rights would not be equal until the 20th Century, Victorian women started the idea. The Industrial Revolution of the Victorian Era was a time of development and underdevelopment. While the technology was improving, the social class structure and treatment of the underprivileged were not improving. Social injustices of the time were often overlooked, but there are many Victorian writers that wrote social commentaries regarding to these issues and Charles Dickens is one of them. Dickens sympathizes with the underprivileged of the society because he had experienced the injustice as a child. With Elizabeth’s gloomy outlook on life, and the overbearing traditional sense of love from her father, she was certain that she would never find true love or even marry. The Victorian Period was characterized for its evolution on the British Literature. This Period that starts from the years 1830 to 1900 was characterized by fast changes and developments, in this situation, from the knowledge, technology and science. The name “Victorian” comes from the royal woman, Queen Victoria. The single European conflict fought during Victoria 's reign, in fact, the Crimean War of 1854 to 1856 contrasted evidently with the 18th century, following this, during the British were involved at least in five wars. Victoria’s reign lasted over 63 years, longer than any other British monarch. The progress of scientific thought led them to important changes in science during the 19th century with greater specialization in the evolution of surgery and hospital construction. This happens when Britain was the most powerful nation in the world. The Victorian Period was also marked by a general intensity about life. However politics were important to the Victorians and they believed in perfection. This period saw the birth and spread of political movements, as an example, socialism, liberalism and organized feminism. I’m going to introduce some novels written during the Victorian Period.
Victorian Era was an era in which women had endless predicaments in their lives. Women had restriction, such as: what subjects they should study, they were not allowed to vote, they were not grand their fortune after marriage, she should not leave the domestic sphere, and who should be submissive. The role model for this concept was Queen Victoria herself, who, together with her husband, Albert, had nine children and embodied the perfect family. She was even described as 'the mother of the nation' (BBC, Web).
One of the darker and more mysterious periods in history is the Victorian Era. The nineteenth century was a major point in literary history, with stories mostly related to supernatural beings, poetry, and fantastic literature. There were also multiple different religions, such as Christianity and Judaism. The people in England were very religious and went to church every sunday. Despite their social class, women were always home and doing their housework, while men were out working to earn money for the family. The clothing style was very formal and posh; the rich having finer cloths. The Victorian Era was an interesting time period because of its politics, literature, society and culture.

The rise of team management can not only improve the employees’ satisfaction, promote the transformation and creativity, control and constraint members behavior effectively (Levati, 1975), but also has great significance in preventing negative effects after the increase of organization scale.
