Methods Participating Organizations: The following organizations will participate in Students’ Emotional and Academic Success Program. Trillium Family Services: A prominent leader in providing mental and behavioral health care to children and families in Oregon. • Will assist in connections with branches near Linn and Benton County, including Parry Center, The Children’s Farm Home, and The Sender House. • Specializing in out-patient, and in-patient assistance. The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Santiam: Serving the youth community in Lebanon and Sweet Home, The Boys and Girls Club of the Great Santiam was formed when the clubs in Sweet Home and Lebanon merged. Each day the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Santiam serves approximately 400 students in their afterschool program. • Will allow flyers to be placed in their lobby • Will refer students to our program • Will provide annex building to be used by SEAS during the school year Teen Challenge Thrift Store: Teen Challenge is a faith based recovery program which helps both teenagers and adults. • Will allow flyers to be posted at the Lebanon Thrift Store • Will refer homeless students to our program • Will provide clothing for the clothing closet Pay It Forward Store: The Pay it Forward store has been operating as a store front in Lebanon since spring 2015. The Pay it Forward Store allows individuals to obtain clothing, household goods and furniture for free. The store also operates a small food pantry. • Will allow
