It was a dark and cold halloween night me and my friend Toony were trick or treating and these kids that were bullies at our local school were following us calling our names saying means things. So we ran and ran as fast as we could they didn’t catch up because they weren’t in the best of shape but we were. So once they were no longer in sight me and Toony started to walk we didn't see them for the rest of the night that we knew of but once we were about two miles away from my house. We heard a noise the bullies came storming out of the woods almost scared me half to death so we ran and ran they started getting closer which was a surprise so we just ran into this abandoned house where we hid out for the night. Trista had always been a normal kid except for her stories. It wasn't that they were disturbing or horrific, they were just unusual. Sometimes they seemed exactly like the kind of thing you'd expect from a kid, but other times, I'd have to look at her and wonder how she came up with such things. However, I lied to my parents and told them I didn’t have that much work to do, before I accepted the invitation. I didn’t want to regret or miss out on anything. The whole day was surreal, because that day differed the most from my regular routine. Dakoury, Camilla, Andi, and I boarded the train in Andover together, and we got off on Clara’s stop. We walked to her house, and were greeted by her high school friends as well as Kate Burba, a friend I hadn’t seen for two years. Kate hugged me and kissed me on the head as a way of greeting me.
