1.Strategic leadership
Strategic leadership simply means the motivation and persuasion of the strategic implementation team or rather staff to share the same vision in order to achieve the desired aim at the end of the day, it is also an important tool for implementing change or creating organizational structure within a business.
In order for a leader to successfully lead change implementation in a chosen strategy they should certain characteristics, which are briefly discussed in the following seven principles.

1. Evolution is change in strategy which requires paradigm change but over time. It can also be explained in terms of taking a organization as a learning system and gradually adjusting their strengths with the changing enviroment.an example from the case study is when Tesla started its business by building expensive sports cars and using this strength or rather advantage to adjust to the changing enviroment by building even more affordable cars.
2. Adaptation is change undertaken to realign the way in which the organization operates, and implements a series of steps. Elon Musk had a master plan on how he was going to gradually change the organization, he used his master plan to align on how he was going to implement change. He broke done into 4 steps and these are (1)build a sports car (2)use the money earned to build an affordable car(3) use that money to build an even affordable car(4)while doing all the above, also provide zero emission electric –power generating

The role of knowledge management in organizational include;
*Knowledge acquisition –which is a process of extracting, structuring and organizing knowledge from a source, usually experts, which leads to a new source of information which will be implemented in developing the growth of the organization. For example self-directed training & development, for instance employees may take it upon themselves to obtain skill training on their own time and at their own expense, for the benefit of their careers and the organization.
