Texas Revolution

The Texas began when colonists in the Mexican province of Texas rebelled against the increasingly centralist Mexican government. After that, the cultural conflicts of the Mexican government and the increasingly large population settlers in Texas, hostilities erupted in October 1835.
After Texas won the war, they began to create an Independent nation, but they wanted to join with the United states. Cause Texas was a slave state, and Mexico didn't recognize Texas as an Independent Nation. That why many U.S. citizens rejected Texas.

Lowell system The Lowell system was a production and labor model employed in the U.S., also in New England, during the early years of the American textile industry in the early 19th century. Moreover, the success of the early spinning mills of southern New England in 1810 and the uncertainties of shipping led the son of a leading Boston merchant family, Francis Cabot Lowell, to seek a haven for his fortune in manufacturing. After that, There Lowell and his entrepreneur later called the "Boston Associates”.
