Texas has reported many incidents of cyber insecurities that are targeting both households and companies like the WannaCry Ransomware that happened on May 17, 2017. Like the Senator, I would like to resume the office of a senior government official in the committee of cybersecurity to save the nations from any further loss of data and vast amounts of money like the one that happened On May 17, 2017. Secondly, I would like to take the seat of Senate Representation of Dallas in the committee of Education to diversify the educational derail that is evident across Dallas

As the Senate member, I will shape the Texas higher education system to suit the 1955 Education Amendment to ensure that public schools are well standardized to provide the foundation of the higher education system is enhanced. I will surface all the technicalities concerning the choice of public schools by ensuring that all public schools conditions are standardized and that all the social amenities that make teachers choosy are provided in the required proportion for equal education in public schools.
Dallas is on a 340 square miles land, which makes it one of the populated cities in United States regarding its people per square miles ratio. Since, it is one of the districts that have a huge population, I will beautify the constitution and magnet policy in schools as a manner of growing cultural diversity in Texas considering the fact that it's one of the states that is composed of various cultures. Additionally, I will set up standards for higher education systems to meet the standards for thorough research skills that prevent students from engaging in education malpractices that are widely done in the higher education systems that repeat the same evaluation methods hence
Nothing ever remains the same, especially in Texas. We’ve developed a government and politics in order to keep our state steady. However, it does not always seem so easy. Without the government, the state would be in a, high likely, catastrophic state. It will lead to disasters caused by us, and nothing will function properly. This is why it is important to have a government and stick to it’s rules.
The History of Texas Texas history itself had its own amazing story. The small number of American settlers moved to the land of Texas had led to the dramatic war with the Mexicans. The land of Texas was used to be owned by Mexicans. Due to the argument between Texans and Mexicans caused the battle of San Jacinto and Mexican War. In long ago before American settlers moved to Texas, this place was so rich and an abundance of land.
Education development has been an important matter in Texas for decades. Texas has been known for their improvements and reformation in public schools since their first attempt of a public school system. Within these improvements, came issues that escalated to create our public education system today. The issues that helped arrange the system are desegregation, equity in funding, and education policy.
The government of the state of Texas is a difficult and complicated institution that is composed of many different levels. The question comes in to everyone's mind at one time or another whether or not to trust the government. It could be that people believe that the officials will take advantage of their power, or simply people don't like the idea of being controlled by someone who is not a family member or friend. To avoid this centralized power, the government is divided into stages and this is a reasonable ground for trusting the government. Government runs this state and it does deserve to be trusted.
Texas has always been a very conservative state that focuses on protecting the freedoms given by the constitution to the people. However, there are some freedoms that have certainly been challenged as time passes by. This is where the limited government of Texas usually has conflicts with the constantly growing federal government, especially during the last decades when some big problems and controversies erupted, particularly on the issues of mass shootings and gun control. When it comes to gun control laws, opinions are unequivocally divided between republicans and democrats. Republicans venerate and sharply defend the Second Amendment of the Constitution as right of the people to defend themselves, while Democrats yell desperately for gun restriction laws and even a change to the Second Amendment, these with the purpose of getting guns out of the streets and preventing other mass shootings.
To first start, I must say that in the last fifteen weeks of class I did learn a lot about Texas government and how does the state manage the power between the politician and the people that elect them and also how must of the laws and major decisions are taken and how everyone in the state take a big part at the time of making a change, make proposed change a law or apply for a new law.
Texas has a reputation throughout history of differing views from the federal government in laws and politics pertaining to social, fiscal, and educational issues. On the whole, Texas operates as a largely conservative state. Because of this, policy-making is often right wing. With the institution of a Democratic, liberal president, the State’s dissent from the Federal government has only increased over certain issues. One hot topic of the 2012 Presidential election was immigration. With the major increase in immigration, it is no surprise that the issue was so emphasized. Between 2000 and 2011 there was a 30 percent

The Texas Government has long been considered a weak type government because it is not the government which holds all of the power, it is the voter. This weak system of government can be seen all the way up through Texas’ executive power. The Federal Government, under the authority of the U.S. Constitution has a comparatively strong centralized form of government. The plural executive in Texas and the Executive of the United States are vastly different in principle and policy. This paper will explain what the plural executive is and how it works in Texas, compare it to the U.S. Executive branch, and explain why the plural executive was created.
In order to become a member of the Texas state legislature, there are certain demands that must be met. A senator, for example, must be twenty-six or older, a U.S. citizen,
1. Explain what Jillson means by “The Myth vs. The Reality” in Texas? According to Cal Jillson, many people see Texas as a successful model of small government, light regulations, and low tax, basically an entrepreneurial state rapidly growing in population and creating jobs faster than any other state in the nation. Unfortunately, while some of the aspects of this view are true, it is not the complete truth.
The Lone Star state also known as Texas is ranked second in area and population. With a growing population and a decreasing unemployment rate the state has a borderline healthy economy. With an average infrastructure grade and an 8.8 million surplus the state is looking good all around.
As the largest state by area in the continental U.S. as the second most populous, Texas has its significant share of public policy challenges with which to contend. And as the discussion hereafter will show, many of these challenges serve as a microcosm of the broader pubic policy issues facing the United States. The issues addressed here below help to provide a better understanding of the complexities of public policy maintenance in a large and diverse state.
Now a day’s Texas is growing profoundly, but as it cultivates so does its problems. One of the major issues facing Texas today is in the education department. The matter ranges from school funding to standardized testing. Not only are students themselves complaining about the matters at hand but also parents, some teachers, and even state legislature. There have always been five major issues in Texas education; school finance, school choice, expanding pre-kindergarten, school calendar, and testing. Of these issues you could never think of them separately because no matter how hard you try they will, in the end, affect one another.
Some may argue that we should introduce this new system into all of our schools. While there is a slight chance that using this new method in our school system may benefit us, there would be many shortcomings that would outweigh the good things about it. Although I believe that we should be persistent with our current system, there are minimal changes that could be made to enhance it. Any of the alterations that could be done to improve our system would be minor,
