Introduction The adoption of an effective leadership style is necessary to achieve Organizational goals and to enhance productively. According to Riaz, & Haider, (2010), organizations are expected to carry out tasks with limited resource to the maximum level in order to maintain the competitive edge and sustain profitability position of the organization. Therefore, it is imperative for organizations to adopt leadership styles with characteristics of motivating, directing and influencing employees in desired ways to meet organizational goals in maintaining the competitive edge and maximizing profits. In view of this, leadership is indispensable in change, as the roles of the leader is enhanced by the relationship between a leader and their team to promote innovation climate, positive attitudes toward the adoption of adopting evidence-based practices. (Aarons, & Sommerfeld, (2012) Personal leadership style. Meanwhile, my personal style of leadership is Transformational Leadership, which is based on inspiring vision to produce modifications in the organizational context, employing effective communication to encourage employees to exceed their personal interest (Yoder-Wise, 2016). The Transformational leadership style is characterized by inspiration and integrity and is usually focused on the improvement of the employees in the organization. They are able to influence and inspire the employees with their organizational vision while setting visible goals. The
