Brown (2013) states that the most commonly given advantages of homeschooling are the control of curriculum which parents can decide where their children can focus, the preparation of how long their children can occupy a subject, the right of religion which parents can teach on their children where public schools don’t have, the avoidance of situations like bullies, peer pressure and even boredom, the control of food their children are eating since there is no cafeteria, the exclusion of expensive and possibly dangerous school trips, the flexibility of time which children and parents can make their schedule of the curriculum work with their own daily lifestyle.
There are reasons for homeschooling which is beneficial to parents and their children. First, it is because of customized curriculum. Second, it is because students who have special needs are able to adapt their learning and meet those necessities without difficulties. Third, it is because of greater time for family bonding.
