First, it has been proven that LHO could accurately hit the president with his rifle in 6-9 seconds. Tests were used to prove this and a trained sniper under the same conditions as Oswald was with the President, hit the moving target in 6.81 seconds. (“Unsolved History: Episode 10-JFK Conspiracy”) These tests conducted, proved a skilled marksman like Oswald could shoot the president in that small amount of time, proving Oswald was the only shooter. Next, a laser recreation proved that “Bullet B”, the second bullet, hit both President JFK and Texas governor Connally. (“JFK: The Lost Bullet”) The bullet went through first the president and then the governor, the only angle this could be achieved from was from the 6th Story of the Texas School Book Depository where Oswald was. This proved Oswald fired the second bullet that hit JFK. It is argued that Oswald couldn’t make the shots because of his rifles inconstancy. In a test conducted to test the reliability of the rifle Lee Harvey Oswald used, 5 in 21 shots misfired, leading people to believe even a trained marksman like Oswald couldn’t have consistently made those shots. While this is true and the weapon may not have been able to consistently produce those three shots, Oswald only had to make them once which he did. The gun never misfired during the assassination shooting, allowing Oswald to fire three shots, two hitting
