According to the United Nations, 158.8 million people around the world use marijuana that is more than 3.8% of the planet’s population (Marijuana statistics, 2017). These statistics indicate that marijuana is frequently being used around the world without people knowing its positive and negative effects. Marijuana is one of the most abused drugs in the world. There is an ever-growing gap between the latest science about marijuana and the myths surrounding it (drug facts, marijuana). A lot of people around the world are still ignorant about marijuana and its uses. They do not even know about its existence. Marijuana is a slow poison that deteriorates the body and the person consuming it loses the ability to think about his own welfare. When a person loses the ability to think, that is when his downfall starts. There are effective uses of marijuana, yet there are also serious issues that should be considered and therefore, all this leads us to research more deeply into this matter and make all possible efforts to understand the causes and effect of marijuana more effectively.
Marijuana can lead to a lot of genetic damage to our human body which can further result in other ailments.
