NASA defines climate change as a change in the usual weather, which is a change seen and felt outside from day to day, of a specific region or city. The Earth’s climate is ever changing because weather can change within a few hours but climate takes hundreds to even a million years to change. The Earth is estimated to be roughly 4.5 billion years old and with each year that goes by, the climate of the Earth changes more and more. Recently, we have been seeing and feeling dramatic changes in the Earth’s climate, especially with Global Warming; Summers are becoming even hotter and we have now experienced 60-degree weather in the month of December. 2016 was recorded as the warming year to date and 2017 was stated as being in the top three. With these changes one, can only wonder why and the answers are pretty clear; human activities, as well as natural causes are huge influencers of climate change and global warming, we just need to take action and try to control the problems before it accumulates to more negative outcomes in the future.
One of the biggest contributors to climate change and global warming as we know it are humans.
