World War II is argumentatively one of the largest events in war history. World War II changed that world and everyone who lived during those six years. Many people believe that Adolf Hitler was the central cause for the war, however, it is important to understand that there are many other causes. These include: Treaty of Versailles, Fascism, Hitler and the Nazi party, the Great Depression, and appeasement. It would be extremely difficult to place blame on only one specific person or event for World War II. However, a mixture of many things can and may however hold the blame for World War II. It is crucial to understand the impact that World War II left countries throughout the world, especially since only eight countries declared neutrality during this wartime. Even though only eight countries remained neutral during WWII, it does not mean that every other country in the world was heavily involved in the world. Even countries who were not heavily involved in the war, were still effected by the war itself.
World War II has been considered one of the worst things to ever occur in history. Violence, death and aggression took place in the 1930s and 1940s in certain European nations. German leader, Hitler played an important, yet a very big role during this time. With the rise and domination of fascism in Germany and Italy, the goal was to maintain peace, established by the Treaty of Versailles ended up in major disaster. World War II began with the poor economic conditions in Europe after World War I and the confrontation of clashing forms of governments and in the end it brought about positive and negative changes of the world. World War II began on September 1st, 1939 when Germany invaded Poland; this invasion led to the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor, The Great Depression, and the Holocaust.
The seeds of world war II lies in the instability created by world war I. particularly the instability in Germany in the economic and political conditions due to the harshness of the Versailles treaty and as a result the rise of Adolf Hitler and his Nazi party
The great global conflict of the Second World War was started because of the inexistent actions taken to prevent the war. The Second World War did not happen directly, but there was a series of events that led up to the horrific war. The deadly World War II had begun by the inability to enforce the Treaty of Versailles, the corrupted League of Nations, and the failed policy of appeasement. These three points are long term causes which express thee reasoning for the outbreak of war.
The world has experienced many wars; however, none were as horrific as World War II. Approximately 50 million people were killed during World War II, as an illustration, this is about 1 out of every 6 people that make up the United State’s population today. This tragedy is a direct consequence of the results of World War I, Hitler’s rise to power, and the expansion of Japan and Italy.
The basic causes of World War II were nationalistic tensions, unresolved issues, and resentments resulting from the First World War and the effects of the Great Depression. Even though what sparked the Second World War were the invasion of Poland by Germany and the invasion of China by Japan, there are still so many little reasons the whole war fused up. The main the cause of this war was the Treaty of Versailles. Woodrow Wilson believed that Germany should have been punished but not as severely as it was. It left Germany with much resentment which pushed them to want to be number one in Europe so that they would not have to be attacked any longer.
The causes of World War II were Expansionism, Militarism, and countries’ radical leaders. During the years that lead up to the World War II many horrendous leaders took absolute control of their country’s. Hitler took control Germany and later established himself as Fuhrer, Mussolini established himself as a dictator of Italy, and finally, Tojo gained control of Japan and became the Prime Minister. Once these leaders established control they began efforts to gain more control of other regions. In 1931, Japan invaded Manchuria and began to attack China. In 1935, Italy invaded Ethiopia. And in 1936, Rhineland was invaded by Germany. These invasions were in large part due to the fact that Germany, Japan, And Italy began to Increase their military
World War II (WWII), the deadliest conflict of human history, stems from the following major causes—Adolf Hitler, appeasement, the Treaty of Versailles, the weakness of the League of Nations, and world economic depression. All of such factors stand amid heated historical debates between two sets of conflicting schools of thought—structuralism, otherwise known as functionalism, against intentionalism, and orthodoxy against revisionism. Although all five reasons possess significant weight in causing the Second World War, the Adolf Hitler factor exceeds the others in its importance.
The causes of World War 2 was something that happened during the 1900’s. Many people believed that this all happened for a reason, which it did. Although, there were many reasons why World War 2 had started. Some were, The League of Failure of Nations, Pearl Harbor, and The Holocaust.
In this essay I will be explaining three reasons on how WW2 started. The question I used for this research was; what caused WW2? The reasons that I chose was; 1. How the treaty of Versailles caused WW2, 2. How fascism caused the war and 3. How Hitler caused WW2.
Between the years of 1900-1945, new experiences, though not all pleasant, characterized the 45 year period. The world witnessed many “first” within the time frame, such as the first successful airplane flight, the first mass produced cars, the first World War, and the first atomic bomb dropping. Though the first of anything is always regarded as unique, the consequences are not always something to be admired. The 45 year period saw the death of millions due to both World Wars and the rising conflicts between nations. Furthermore, the world saw nations change politically, socially, and economically both for the better and worse. Though the negatives seem to be endless when discussing the time period, with people unemployed, starving, and dying
The world has changed since that day, September 1, 1939, with the invasion of Poland by Nazi Germany, the start of World War 2. There were many fluctuations in economic terms as well as the politics of some powerful countries in the world also started from there. This is a catastrophic world war between the Allied forces and the Axis under fascism. Although this war just lasted in 6 years, from 1939 until 1945, but almost every continents in the world are affected by this war, except Antarctica and South America, and the population of the world decreased significantly.
