A leader, in simplest terms is someone who believes strongly in something, so much so that they can motivate others to participate in a seek for change. First, a good leader must be compassionate, and believe in their cause no matter how hard it gets to achieve any change. In addition, one must be persistent, and ready to sacrifice themselves and things they care about most. Lastly, a leader must be educated, and know exactly who they are fighting for, why it would be beneficial to seek change, and the effect their cause would have.
