Leadership: There is no one way to describe, what is meant by leadership and there are many elucidation of its meaning (Mullins and Christy, 2013). The Charter Institute of Public Development 'CIPD ' (2016) defines leadership as the aptitude to impact people by personal qualities and comportements, different leadership traits may be required in different situations. Other definitions of leadership are: "Leadership is a process by which an executive can direct, guide and influence the behavior and work of others towards accomplishment of specific goals in a given situation"(, 2016). However House (1976, cited in Ali, 2012, p.74) defines leadership as the individual 's ability to affect, influence and enable others to give towards the effectiveness and success of the business of which they belong to. Bruce and Kathleen (2006,p.7) describe leadership in rich details stating, leader 's have a multirole purpose and are more then one who are tasked to train, influence their followers and are gifted with abilities and skills they utilize to guide their followers about the organization 's mission and in return the followers are inspired to spend their effort willingly to achieve the organizational missions and objectives. According to Ali (2012,p.74) regardless of how people explain leadership, it normally comprises an element of vision. "A vision provides right direction to the influence process.
