As God has paved the way for our lives, teachers must pave the way for learning to be possible for every student. A well-designed plan will include strategies for all learning styles, assessing prior knowledge, and an environment that is safe and promotes learning. Teachers have the knowledge to research and apply what is need for successful student accomplishments by instructional strategies, assessment plans, standards/objectives to be mastered, learning outcomes, data from test tallies, self-evaluation or reflection on the day to day practices, the code of ethics, and administration roles to make responsible decisions on the accountability for each student. Teachers are the disciples of Christ. Their lives must model and reflect God 's fruit of the spirit.
