There are many mysteries in this world and one of the big ones is the government and all their big cover-ups. The government has many secrets that many people are absolutely clueless about what the government is doing with all of our money while doing illegal things that a treaty even said you cannot do. At this moment, too many people that live in our country think the government is straight up with everything and they don’t lie to us at all. The number one reason of that is many people are still on their feet because of the government and what they “do for the people”. The cold hard truth is they lie and don’t tell us anything. They may seem like nice people on the outside and what they say to believe in but just look them up on the …show more content…
So, the government has been hiding and secretly doing many things and has yet to tell us and these few are little compared to what they have done to us. They have been flying around the world with a reusable unmanned spacecraft, used for many things other than flying, the nasty CIA and what they have been working on since the start of the Cold War, and finally the USA’s new and definitely improved rail gun that can take down ships in a snap, and what it actually is.
First, the government is stabbing us in the back because they are going to end the world someday by the looks of the killing spacecraft. Some people may think that it is just for testing and they are not sure what they will actually do with the spacecraft. Lots of evidence points out that the USA is making a deadly weapon that has the power to easily take out underground bunkers and whole cities in fact. First, we start it off when the USA started making the plane and nobody knew about it. It was just another one of the government experiments that can be deadly in a heartbeat. Now, many people may call me crazy but, it is the scary truth. There is a satellite in orbit as we speak and the purpose of it is truly scary. What the purpose of it and this is the scary and devastating part is video games are truly telling the future. That might not sound scary yet, but the whole thing is the whole
A country's government is supposed to be an organization of trust and justice, following the law as the creators of them. But, since the government relies on a system of power to function, the need for more power can lead to horrible things. Duncan Cameron is a survivor of the Montauk Project, a secret government run experiment to test the limits and powers of the human mind. The information that he and many others have shared reveals the true intentions of the government, and how far they are willing to go to get it their way. No one knows for sure if the experiments succeeded or failed either, which leads many to speculate on what actually happened. From time travel, to creating creatures with your mind, the government is hiding something from us.
More than half of the citizens of the United States believe that the government has more power than they should. This amount is the highest it has ever been and it continues to grow each and every year. Trusting your government is crucial to building a solid country. If the United States government is becoming more untrustworthy, the country is sure to fall apart at its seams. The government has too much control over people because they are constantly watching with cameras and electronics, they can kidnap or kill you without anyone ever knowing what happened, and they intervene in citizens lives too often.
Since the inception of the United States of America 250 years ago, our government has enacted a practice of lies and deceit that keep its citizens in the dark. Matters such as false allegations that result in long standing wars, financial misuse and abuse, secret alliances that serve the government agenda's, and the altering of history affect not only the US citizens, it affects the global population as a whole. This deception has resulted in mistrust of the US Government as people question what our government is up to and what they are seeking to gain. In order to earn the public's trust, the United States Government needs to be transparent with its citizens, giving us the information whether it's positive or negative instead of allowing
The government of the United States controls countless affairs in the world. They control everything from the currency to the court systems. Individuals are suppose to be able to trusting your government system, which has not been the case in many different circumstances. From Richard Nixon to the Whitewater scandal, the government has been everything but honest.
The government has the power over many things but this time they went a bit too far and took advantage of their power by spying on us. Is it a conspiracy or a fact? The US government with assistance from major telecommunication carriers including At&T , has engaged in massive, illegal dragnet surveillance of the domestic communications and communication records of millions of ordinary Americans getting information which i think at times it can be necessary.Someone can be plotting a terrorist attack , murder or robbing a bank. Some say the NSA(National Security Agency) has invented futuristic “toys” they have become creative finding new ways to get Intel on us.
Over the past few years, government surveillance in the United States has become a widely debated issue with two completely different sides. The National Security Agency, a government agency known for it’s efforts in spying and surveillance, has been at the center of this issue since it’s founding in the 1950’s. The Cold War had just begun and the United States government was doing anything they could to find potential terrorists and communists. In fact, many famous people including Einstein were being spied on by the government to find citizens with potential ties to the Soviet Union. (New York Times - New Details Emerge from the Einstein Files; How the FBI Tracked His Phone Calls and His Trash) As the cold war came to an end in the early 90’s, NSA spying seemed to come to an end as well.
What is government? It is a system which regulates a nation, city, state, or any specific group of people. It enforces law, provides services, and more or less bands a society together. It is the ultimate servant to the people along with big corporations who for the price of capital provide services and conveniences for the betterment of the people especially in the United States. Their work is communicated in the media in a positive manner. However the media only communicates to you what the government wants Americans to know and pushes out the real issues. Many Americans fail to see that the land of the free suffers from a lack of opportunity and upward
Picture the government as a big monster that you hardly ever see it's always lurking in the shadows, waiting to get someone because that is how many people will see it. People believe that the government harbors secrets and mostly isn’t trustworthy. They also believe that the government only shows certain things that are happening they don’t provide us with all the information. The government is essentially a monster because it has control over us, even though we are a free country. They control the way we live by the actions they do. They also make the decisions on how the country will be run. People are scared of the new laws that haven’t or will be passed. When Obama was trying to pass the Obamacare many people got scared and was unsure what that would mean for them, also some people didn’t want healthcare, but essentially they have to get it. Many parents and students are weren’t happy when they also implemented the healthy school lunch because it actually made school lunches worse than they already were because all schools don’t have fresh and appetizing lunches. Also people are scared because when President Bush was spying on people's calls. There are also much more that the government has done to make us scared or to fear it in some type of
There are many conspiracy’s that were and to this day, still operated by the government that cause major disruption in the United States. Conspirators and other similar persons around them began to wonder what the government was really up to behind closed doors. The Conspiracy of Operation Northwoods, a false flag Operation, was a proposition presented to President Kennedy via the DOD and JCS; Operation Northwoods was going to be used to gain political support for a war against Cuba – Northwoods was a conspiracy of which terrorist attacks were going to be planned to kill innocent Americans and Cubans in the United States and place blame on Cuba; In connection, the terrorist attack of September 11th were said to be conducted by the United States but was blamed on al Qaeda; Operation Northwoods seemingly shows how ruthless, cruel and the distance the government is willing to go in order to gain political support by attempting to start wars with foreign communist countries.
The overwhelming lack of trust in the government and uninformed voters is covered in Ch1 of WTP. Harold Lasswell said, "Politics is the struggle over who gets what and how". A direct effect is an uneducated voter and even worse a higher number of people that just will not vote to show that they do not approve nor care. The results of this misguided thinking are often more and more people left behind when the pie is sliced… who gets what and how. The trust in the Government continues to decline because people feel helpless to what laws are passed and who is elected. This brings self-justification to the ideas of' "we are losing out rights and becoming blind sheep." Yet, in this information age, the lack of responsibility of research and footwork for information will cost "them/us" to continue to be absent when it's time to be heard. At the speed of the free internet, we have access to just about anything, yet it is difficult to find reliable and natural information for politics and the news without a little effort, yet many can find their favorite song before it comes out. Personally, I feel this strain as well, but I understand that "I" can make a small difference but "US or WE" can make change by investing a little
Growing up, the American population has always heard the phrase “big brother is watching” but did we know to what extent they involved themselves and their attempts to hide things? The government is always trying to make America seem as if we are just this great place that cares about everyone; furthermore, this has been called the “good guy interpretation”. In recent textbooks, it is claimed that the United States is the most generous nation and that we provide aid to anyone who needs it, unfortunately this is false. There are other eastern countries that donate much larger amounts to foreign aid. Why would these textbooks make a false claim? This is the U.S. trying to be something it’s not in order to draw appeal to the United States. The textbooks have given light to some sensitive subjects such as plots to assassinate other world leaders, but these textbooks still find every motive affable and fine. Has
What would you do if you found out that the exact government that feeds you and handles all economic decisions somehow has the power to alter your perception on real life events to make you believe something that isn’t true? Have you ever heard something on TV that you just couldn’t believe? Remember when the Dallas shootings were going on the media said the shooter was, “picking off police officers with a rifle from an elevated surface.” Then they showed you pictures from the peaceful protests where there was this built African American with an army shirt. The media claimed that the man was the main suspect of the shooting but further research found that same man handed his firearm over to authorities before the shooting happened,
The United States has involved itself in several missions shrouded in secrecy throughout the nation’s short history. Operations, like the Iran-Contra Affair, and the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) role in Afghanistan are just two examples of these types of secret government missions, which have become public knowledge. Both operations occurred under the helm of President Reagan, who outlined a clear agenda, promising to fight the spread of the Soviet social influence of communism. Moreover, other similarities are observed between the two covert missions, like providing armaments, equipment, and training to foreign rebel forces to assist in combating communist influences (National Security Archive 2006, Johnson 2011). Moreover, various government agencies were used in the operations for distinct purposes. The comparison of the Iran-Contra Affair and the CIA’s role in the Afghanistan war, aid in revealing a picture of how covert operations were used in the 1980s, in combat communism, while achieving other presidential agenda items, like securing American hostages (PBS n.d.).
Our economy is being stimulated with money that isn’t even worth its ‘actual’ value. There are two options for us right now, we can confront our government by tearing down the ‘fraud’ or we can allow our government to continue to create control and tyranny. Anymore, the law is useless against the government, because they don’t abide, but we have to. Our freedom and truth as we know it will no longer exist, but tyranny will become.
Everyday citizens often live unaware of their government’s inner workings. The knowing of political espionage is often too heavy of a subject to be inducted in conversation. True, prima facie, modest twists and turns of information may not be considered substantial, but this inconsideration leaves much to be uncontrolled. It is easy for political leaders to become power crazed, to not realize the massive implications that come of their actions. Only after all is said and done do the people actually realize their government is an opaque mask of deception. The Watergate Scandal substantially impacted Americans’ trust in their government.
