Interpretation
For the purposes of this Part :
(a) "false", "deluding" or "misleading", in connection to lead, representation or practice, incorporates transmit, representation or practice which is equipped for heading a purchaser into failure; and 10 of 50

Section 9. Misleading conduct
No individual might take part in behavior that :
(a) in connection to products, is misdirecting or misleading, or is prone to misdirect or trick, people in general as to the nature, assembling process, aspects, suitability for a reason, or amount, of the merchandise; or
(b) in connection to administrations, is deluding or misleading, or is prone to deceive or delude, people in general as to the nature, aspects, suitability for a reason, or amount, of the administrations.
