The essay will look at the main contributions teams can make to successful organization. In addition, the essay will converse about the conditions necessary in organization if employees are to work effectively in team. The motive for forming a team is that it allows individual to put equal quantity of effort and contribute to the welfare of the organization. This reduces work load and divides the work evenly to members. As a result, this allows individuals to perfect their work which is specified to them. The equilibrium in the team by individual’s aptitude and skills increases the possibility of having an effective team. One example would be that if airing is not set properly also is giving out high temperature, this will cause a difficulty to the staff as this will influence them from working efficiently. There are additional danger which might have an effect on employees and lead to unproductive work such as if the roof is damped, aged furniture’s are used along with others. (Directgov,2011) The formal team is extremely significant as they play a fundamental role within the organizations accomplishment or losses. Consequently it is mandatory that employers are employing the right people; they will require to observe if the individual have any experience working in a team before offering the job. The weak point in employing an individual who does not have experience of working as a team will have an effect on the way in which members communicate as well as share ideas amongst team members. On the other side, if they employ the correct applicant then the advantage will be that organization will be familiar with the team members capability of working as a team and therefore have an effective team.
