Many of these investors of all sizes began to shift their perspective from one of maximal gains to a strategy that balanced risk and potential gain in different ways. Being on the receiving end of increased interest from investors, nations in this region have become subject to new dynamics and not just in terms of the external influences on their business climates, but also from the internal influences, given that internal and external financial influences are connected to each other in important feedback loops.
