WHAT IS EXTRA-TELESTRIAL INTELLIGENCE?
Extra-terrestrial Intelligence can be abbreviated to ETI, which asks the question; ‘Are we alone in this universe?’ ETI is life discovered beyond Earth, not organisms that humans sent to space. Scientifically, extra-terrestrial life may be titled; xenobiology, exobiology or astrobiology.
SATELLITES
Satellites are objects placed into orbit around celestial objects such as, planets or stars. Artificial satellites collect information about a terrestrial object and send it to

This allows communication satellites to remain in the same position in relation to the ground.
- Inclined orbit: An inclined satellite passes over a different part of the planet each orbit.
- Polar orbit: A polar orbit passes over the north and south poles each orbit crossing various places in the equator each orbit.
- Elliptical orbit: An elliptical orbit has no specific speed or distance, it depends on the apogee (furthest distance away) and perigee (closest to the surface).
The first artificial satellite was Sputnik 1, and satellites have continued to be launched since 1957. Sputnik 1 was a small aluminium ball with four antennas attached, although modern ETI’s have more complex bodies they are still designed following the same basic structure. With experimentation, these bodies have been designed to be as strong and light as possible with the same essential uses. There is a platform named a bus inside satellites which has; antennas, solar arrays and payload instruments attached. It also contains batteries, computers and thrusters. Satellites have large panels attached as they have to charge themselves, these arrays can be tilted to allow for the most amount of sunlight possible. If the satellite drifts into shade rechargeable batteries become the new power source.
SPACE PROBES
A space probe is a robotic spacecraft that exits Earth to explore space. Probes
An artificial satellite is a man-made instrument that orbits another object. To counter that, a year later, the U.S. launched its own satellite, Explorer 1, designed by the U.S. Army under the direction of rocket scientist Wernher von Braun, and from that, it was known that the Space Race was underway (History.com Staff).
Throughout history humanity has been fascinated by the existence of extraterrestrial life. Today such ventures are in the development process and the discovery of life beyond our solar system, no matter how primitive, may soon become a huge(important?) scientific breakthrough. The three basic things that are required to consider a place even remotely habitable are water, a source of energy, and organic materials. Habitability also depends on other factors that must also be taken into consideration such as how close the planet is to its star (in the case of our solar system, the sun), how long the water and organic materials existed there, and the size and mass of the planet. One must not confuse habitable with inhabited. The term
Does life exist on other planets besides Earth? Has extraterrestrial life visited Earth recently or in our distant past? The notion of extraterrestrial life is a very intriguing subject possibly for as long as mankind has looked into the vast heavens gazing at the stars. Can one say that life on Earth was done by Mother Nature which some call evolution? Is life on Earth the result of creation or alteration by a higher power or being? Some people do believe that other forms of life except those on Earth do exist. Others consider it false because there is no absolute proof beyond doubts. There have been countless occurrences by individuals around the world of either being contacted or abducted by alien life forms. Many unofficial accounts describe the Earth as being visited by one or more alien species. These various alien species that possibly visited Earth may be interested in observing the development of the human species.
Another way Americans utilize satellites is for meteorology. The satellites monitor major storms and help meteorologists more accurately predict the weather. Satellites are able to capture photographs of the Earth and other planets. This ability allows scientists and researchers to constantly obtain more information about space and the
The more massive a body, the larger the gap between its lowest and highest orbit; the range of speeds at which a random body entering its gravity is likely to remain as its satellite. Sun has millions of satellites if you count all the asteroids; smaller planets tend to have one or two moons at most (Pluto with five being a notable and not fully explained exception)
A lot of people ask what a satellite is or why is it import. Well if it wasn’t for satellites you would have no Wi-Fi or internet! So let’s get right in to a specific one. Sputnik! It was made by a company in Russia that wanted to see more and go beyond things. On October 4, 1957 the Soviet Union launched sputnik 1, the first manmade object to orbit the entire earth. It was the first artificial earth satellite. According to
The first artificial satellite was Sputnik 1. Sputnik 1 blasted off from Site 1 in Tyuratam (Baikonur) at 22:28 Moscow Time. This happened on October 4, 1957. The main stage R-7 rocket when made into orbit orbited 822 times. That part re-entered the Earth's atmosphere on December 2, 1957. The satellite made 1,440 total orbits and then burned upon the re-entry into the Earth atmosphere on January 4, 1958. It was in space for 92 days and in flight there were only slight engine
A group of a stars that form a particular shape. They are given names and they usually have meanings or symbols. The sky is divided into 88 different constellations. Not all constellations are visible from any point on Earth. Maps of the stars represent what point from Earth we can see it.The solar wind that comes from the Sun creates a bubble that extends past the orbits of the planets. It moves with the sun through interstellar space. It’s a magnetic sphere that contains our solar system
Earth- Earth is the third planet from the sun and the one we inhabit. It has one moon, one completes one cycle around the Sun in 365 days.
[I will help define these with use of a diagram put I do not have the diagram drawn this is also the diagram of observations of an object in orbit talked about in the outline]
Aliens and life beyond earth has been a mystery for a long time. Many people and scientist have been looking for life outside of Earth, or just floating in the sky trying to get video of it. For all of human history we have been looking for extraterrestrial life, and these are the major events of finding, debunking, and moving forward to life on earth
Precession is a change in the orientation and rotational axis of one singular body. A strong torque and gravitational influence is what makes the earth tilt. There are three different types precession; axial procession, apsidal precession and nodal precession. Axial procession is defined as the movement of the rotational axis of an astronomical body, through-which the axis slowly traces out a cone-like shape. Apsidal precession brings to light that orbits of planets around the Sun do not really follow the same ellipse each time, but actually trace out a flower-petal shape. Nodal procession is the precession of the orbital plane of a satellite around the rotation axis of an astronomical body such as Earth. Nodal precession is due to the non-spherical
Abstract: Scientists claim that other life forms do in fact exist based on probability. The conditions necessary for life are likely to be present on various other planets. Signs of possible life have been found in material from outer space. Much research has been dedicated to proving the existence of life on Mars. SETI is a program entirely dedicated to finding and establishing communication with extra terrestrials. If other life forms are found, communication with these beings will be a difficult task. Laws to protect humans from the dangers of extraterrestrial beings are already in effect. Although contact with alien beings has not yet been made, technology today may make it a reality in the near future.
Should we as humans expect to find intelligent life elsewhere in the Universe? There are many reasons for and against this concept, but first we should trace just how our terrestrial life started.
There has been a lot of commotion lately between both the scientific and religious communities in regards to this topic. The claims of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life visiting the Earth in ancient times and profoundly affecting the development of Human civilization, is a controversial subject, at best.
