1). Furthermore, working with a group or learning team can prove to be difficult task; because groups and teams dynamics are compatibility to complete intolerance among its members. This has made it difficult for the group or team leader. In contrasting groups and teams one has to consider a team member is not necessarily selected for his or her skills but for the function of a project and the success depends on that team working together with cohesion. There is usually not as much room for conflict when working as a team. On the other hand, a group does not generally function or rely as much on its members to have productivity. The main goal of a team is for the team to do what is most important in the given task. A team also must evaluate what is the most valuable use of time available for given tasks. A team must knowhow much time they need to complete certain tasks and groups usually do not operate on time frames for projects. In addition, it is important for a workplace that consists of groups or teams to have diversity in the workplace. A diverse workplace can increase the variety of ideas produced and used in day- to- day procedures. This is because employees have a range of life experiences, and therefore draw different conclusions and consider new ways of undertaking tasks.
